WELCOME

Dear Colleagues:

We are thrilled to invite you to join us for our 27th annual ABA Section of Litigation Committee on Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar in Scottsdale, Arizona. This year’s Seminar is especially designed with the in-house lawyer in mind and the outside counsel with whom they work. We will be pre-senting cutting-edge programs such as Hot Topics in Corporate Governance, Enforcing Intellectual Property in China, Crisis Management, and Building the In-House E-Discovery Program. The programs will also include the always informative and entertaining General Counsel Forum and “Litigation Roundtable.” As usual, these programs are being presented by some of the nation’s leading authorities in these areas. Of course, we have created an environment that is conducive to learning by holding this Seminar at the Westin Kierland Hotel Resort & Spa in Scottsdale, Arizona. The Westin Kierland is known for creating a setting that pays tribute to the people and landscape that shaped Arizona’s cultural heritage. The resort is surrounded by 27 holes of championship golf. The resort also has a Kids Club and a Teen Club so that you can focus on the Seminar and the Westin can care for your kids.

We are also pleased to have fellow Section of Litigation Committees Business Torts, The Minority Trial Lawyer and The Woman Advocate as co-sponsors and special guests helping us provide you with more than two and one-half days of programming. As you have come to expect, the Pro Bono Award Luncheon, the annual golf tournament, the fun and productive networking opportunities and wonderful evening social events will top off this year’s Seminar.

Please mark your calendar today and plan on attending this Committee on Corporate Counsel CLE Seminar. We look forward to seeing you there!
