CHE/09/00463/TPO 4901.126 Brockwell The pruning of four trees reference T14 & T17 Lime and T15 & T16 Horsechestnut on the Order map for Mrs G Eville of 45 Brockwell Lane. The trees have allegedly been neglected over the years and require pruning to avoid breaking of branches and to clear the highway.

Consent is granted to the pruning of four trees to clear the public highway and footpath and to remove low branches overhanging the driveway. Consent is also granted to crown thin T17 Lime and remove deadwood.

CHE/09/00505/TPOEXP 4901.117 St Leonards The felling of one Ash tree reference T347 on the Order map for Mrs J Crouch on behalf of St Peter St Paul School, Hady Hill. The tree has recently lost a large branch from within the crown and there are signs that the root plate has moved considerably leaving the tree very vulnerable to wind throw.

Consent is granted to the felling of one Ash tree T347 under section 198 of the Town & Country Planning Act which has provisions for dead, dying and dangerous trees. Conditions to replant.
