Owner is usually responsible for: • Doors and windows leading from inside the lot to an

outdoor balcony or patio, etc. that forms part of the lot

exclusive-use area

• Sinks, dishwashers, garbage disposal units, shower

screens & shower trays

• Improvements, fixtures or fittings installed on

common property by the Owner for the Owner’s

benefit – eg. solar panels, shade sail, etc.

• Features within an exclusive-use area attached to the

lot
