You are invited to host a FREE informative booth at Arts in Bushwick’s

Bushwick Open Studios Community Day Festival

    Maria Hernandez Park

    Sunday, June 2nd from 11am-4pm.

Once a year, local artists and community members open their doors for

Bushwick Open Studios (BOS), a weekend long arts festival hosted by

Arts in Bushwick (AiB). This year, AiB is hosting a unique Bushwick

Open Studios (BOS) event to bring the neighborhood together and

encourage families and friends to learn more about the organizations,

individuals and artists that represent our community.

    WHO CAN PARTICIPATE?

    Community Organizations and Local Artists

    ● We are searching for Bushwick community organizations to host

informative booths alongside displays by local volunteer artists.

    ● We are also searching for fun, family-friendly activities and perform-

ances for the center circle of the park.

    ● Our goal is to create a fun family atmosphere for neighbors and

visitors to learn more about the Bushwick community and the services

    your organization offers.

    ● We would love to discuss this more with you in person or over the

    phone if you would like.

    ABOUT AIB

Arts in Bushwick is an all-volunteer organization that serves and en-

gages artists and other neighborhood residents through creative acces-

sibility and community organizing. It is our goal to create an integrated

and sustainable neighborhood, and to bring together all Bushwick resi-

dents and stakeholders to counter development-driven displacement.

We are thrilled to be a part of projects with partners in the community such as:

    · EcoStation:NY

    · The Living Gallery

    · Uproar Art

    · The Moore Street Retail Market and Brooklyn Economic Development

    Council

    · Beacon Center for Arts and Leadership and the Coalition for Hispanic

    Family Services

    · Among others!
