Our Mission

Our vision

We are a patient-centered organization that serves as a comprehensive and cost effective primary health care option for the community. We serve everyone regardless of ability to pay or insurance status. CHA provides an extensive

range of health care screening and prevention services, comprehensive primary care for all ages, pharmacy, dental, management of chronic diseases, services for homeless individuals and families, and behavioral health

care. In addition, CHA manages a W.I.C. Program.

To provide quality, affordable and comprehensive health services for all.

Our vision is simple: to help our community get healthy and stay healthy. We base this on our C.A.R.E.S. values (Compassion, Accessibility, Respect, Excellence, Service).

Community Health Alliance

Dear Community Partners & Friends, This year marked one of growth here at Community Health Alliance. We expanded our services in the Washoe County community by opening our newest health center, our Sparks Health Center. This marks the first and only community health center in Sparks. We are proud to be able to provide comprehensive health services at this location including medical, dental, behavioral health, and nutrition, to name a few.

2017 was also the year that we focused on some of our communities’ most vulnerable, the homeless. We hosted our 1st Annual Healthcare for the Homeless Breakfast to raise awareness about the specific health issues facing the homeless population and expand knowledge of our Health Center for the Homeless on Record Street. We’re thankful that we have had a lot of community support and are able to provide more services to the homeless population because of it.

All these things and more would not be possible without the support of our staff and our community, including you! In 2017, we served almost 30,000 patients in Washoe County with quality, innovative programs. We’re so thankful for what we were able to do in 2017, and look forward to how we can expand our services to be available to every individual in the community.
