Success Story

Six new-construction homes in

South Philadelphia. The project

received an AHP subsidy

award of $123,499. The newest

homeowners, Aisha and Sekou,

devoted more than 350 hours of

“sweat equity” in lieu of a down

payment and have the financial

stability to repay a zero-percent

interest, 30-year mortgage.
