Preliminary Community Profile

HISTORY OF EDMONTON HEIGHTSEdmonton Heights is an older and well established neighborhood. The neighborhood is comprised of primarily medium sized three to four bedroom houses, with a Median Real Estate price of $53,413. Source: Alabama A&M Community Development Corp.Originally build between 1940 and 1969. The neighborhood was then further developed to 281 parcels between 1970 and 1999.

The "Census Tract" is an area roughly equivalent to a neighborhood established by the Bureau of Census for analyzing populations.
