    Concentrate 80% (WPC 80%). This unique formula includes protein sources with long, medium

    and short chain peptides comprised of all essential and non-essential proteinogenic amino

    acids. Published research suggests that protein pulse feedings with high quality protein every 3

    to 4 hours improves protein retention and supports a continuous positive nitrogen balance

    allowing the body to build and maintain muscle mass growth. Robust scientific evidence has

    also shown that the anabolic effect of protein is enhanced when combined with strength

    training.

    In addition to WPC 80% which drives the C.O.M.P. formula, we have added modern and

    synergistic plant-based proteins including Wheat Protein, Pea Protein Isolate and Brown Rice

    Wheat Protein is a concentrated form of superior quality hydrolyzed protein derived from wheat.

    The amino acid profile of wheat protein is characterized by relatively high amounts of glutamine

    (36%) and the branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs). Glutamine is a critically important amino

    acid for active individuals. Traditionally considered a non-essential amino acid, it becomes

    essential during high intensity training as it is sharply depleted from muscles. Glutamine

    supports healthy inflammation, promotes a positive anabolic state and speeds muscle repair and

    recovery. Pea Protein Isolate is a 100% pure, hypoallergenic plant-based protein with an

    excellent array and balanced amino acid profile providing a high biological value. The amino

    MRF-4 and myf5) and the phosphorylation of the mammalian target of rapamycin (mTOR). Muscle

    mTOR is the master controller of protein synthesis integrating signals from growth factors within

    the parameters of the energy and nutritional conditions of the cell.

    Directions: In a shaker cup or blender, add 2 scoops to 8 12 oz chilled water of your favorite beverage. Addanother 4 oz for every additional scoop. Using less fluid will create a thicker tasting shake. By experimenting withdifferent amounts of liquid, you will be able to determine exactly what your preference is. Drink 1 - 3 shakes perday as an addition to your regular meals.
