Sweater is no longer a warmth apparel. Sweaters taking over a major share of woven & knits apparel. Now a days its a fashion statement. People are now more towards flat knits then it was in early days. The comfort, and variety of designs in flat knits has given a new direction to flatknit industry. Now sweaters are being used as outerwear & casual wear.
As First World Fashion has been in this fashion business from last two decade, we know the changes in fashion trends & accordingly we have started in terms of machinery & technology. We are ready to do any kind of silhouettes like halter, tank top to coats, jackets.
We have got expertise to do plaiting with lycra to give a proper shape to the fitted garments. Styles with embroidery and printing are some added value addition to our range.
We are pioneer in doing acid wash, Enzyme Wash, Distress look sweaters - the most recent trend in fashion . We have tie up with Unique Dyeing Washing plant which is approved by almost all buyer in the world like Gap, H&M, Levies, M&S to name a few.
Catering almost all segment of the market from kids wear to adult. We have bigger bed machines to cater all sizes including mama sizes.

Raw Material
Raw material is the most important element in the creation of a best product. We deal with almost all type yarn starting from natural fibers like wool, woollen blends, cotton, cotton blends to man made fibers like viscose, nylon and acrylic and their blends. Based on deliveries and quality preferences, We source yarn from Bangladesh, China, Korea, Taiwan, Italy, Turkey.
Trims & accessories are sourced from buyer’s nominated suppliers or from those who adhere to all product safety norms and are globally accepted.

Our sampling section is equipped with all kinds of machinery to fulfil customers need at any point of time. Experienced designers and skilled worker in sampling department enables quick turn around of sampling request.
Organizing product prototyping to translating concepts in to collection, all are done professionally with help of in-house technical experienced professionals. Huge data base of yarn, trims & accessories always lead to timely deliveries of all samples.

Quality Assurance
We have our own well tested quality assurance system to make top quality sweaters. Quality assurance & quality efficiency monitoring system reduces the rework & hence improve the product efficiency as well as identify operators who require more training to meet requirements.
Check point at all process end ensure better quality product. Testing of raw materials for physical & chemical characteristics by reputed textile testing laboratories ensures that the materials are of high standard.
QA team carries out final inspection of the packed goods based on AQL before final audit by customer’s inspectors ensure good quality always.

Production planning, production targets based on SAM are defined by product engineering department to ensure timely deliveries. Use of assembly line system on the floor with modern technology like Vacuum suction Up-Steam iron table with collapsible frames according to sizes improves production as well as quality. Implementation of proved production tracking system along with production efficiency monitoring system gives accurate accountability at any given point of time.

Working EnvironmentAs a responsible sweater manufacturer We have taken all the necessary steps to build ethical, compliant in all respect, safe, healthy & hygienic work environment. Generous spacing between machines makes the production floor more comfortable to work & aesthetically appealing. Clearly marked evacuation zones & routes for emergency exits along with fire safety equipment like fire hydrant & smoke detectors ensure the safety of the workers.
Safe drinking water & hygienic toilets are provided in adequate numbers for all workers. Separate toilets for female workers ensure their privacy.
Good canteen space with proper seating arrangement is provided for the workers.
We have recognized that physical & mental well being of workers ensure good productivity. One professionally qualified doctor is employed to attend to medical emergencies as well as general health complaints of the workers. The medical center is equipped with all the medicine required &dispensed free of charge.
The day care center has professionally trained staff, equipped with clean, dry bedding & toys.
We have special training program for managerial level as well as for operative level. Qualified professional & experienced consultants regularly share their knowledge on skill enhancement, morale, social accountability, health, safety, compliance & other related areas.
