Brisbane and Melbourne and employs around 90 people,
including experienced trades persons, applications

YOONSTEEL MANGANESE CRUSHER LINERS
CME is the sole Australian distributor for Yoonsteel Malaysia Sdn Bhd, considered by many in the mining
industry to be the world’s leading manufacturer of manganese crusher liners. Yoonsteel employs around
700 people and has an annual output of around 30,000 tonnes, more than the total consumption of
crusher liners in Australia.
Yoonsteel 21% manganese crusher liners have been proven to consistently outperform other brands by up
to 35% in most crushing applications and up to 60% in high wear applications. The improved wear life of
Yoonsteel manganese liners results in lower crushing costs and higher productivity through less
frequent and more predictable manganese change-outs.
To further improve liner performance, CME has designed wear simulation software
to optimise liner profile design to achieve desired product specification, increased
throughput, reduced power draw or a combination of these parameters.

GRIZZLY FINGERS & PANELS
CME has developed a range of self-clearing grizzly assemblies, which prevent fine material from
being retained between the grizzly fingers, minimising the amount of fine material being sent to
crushers. This not only improves the life of the crusher liners, but allows higher tonnage rates to
be achieved - especially with sticky material that has a tendency to block most grizzly assemblies.
APRON FEEDER PANS & PARTS
CME supplies apron feeder pans in Yoonsteel manganese steel for a wide range of applications,
and can customise these parts to suit individual requirements. Both the design and metallurgy can
be customised to improve pan life and resolve common problems such as product leakage.

CME offers an extensive range of chromium carbide clad plate
and quenched and tempered wear plate to suit all wear plate
applications, along with a 10 x 5 metre CNC plasma cutter

crusher mainframe liners and ore bins.
WEAR BARS & BUTTONS
CME supplies a range of wear bars, buttons and chocky bars,
a combination of high chromium white iron metallurgically
bonded to a mild steel backing plate, providing maximum
impact and abrasion resistant protection for your equipment.
