9001 and is situated on 180,000 sq. mts. of land. It has a well-equipped Design and Manufacturing facility of 30,000 sq. mts. Our Users include Defence, Railways, Automobile and Engineering Industry.

FOUNDRY DIVISION

Foundry Division (ISO-9002 certified) at our manufacturing facility at Udhna, (Surat).

This division offers SG Iron, High Grade Grey Iron, Non Ferrous and Alloy Castings to meet the exact requirement of Engineering Industry.

SPM – Division

Situated at Bangalore, it has well trained engineers and technicians to design and manufacture conventional & CNC Special Purpose Machines for Automobile and Engineering Industry.

The SPM Division has supplied more than 150 SPMs to various reputed customers such as Ashok Leyland, Telco, Punjab Tractors, Swaraj Engines, TVS-Suzuki, Hero Honda Motors, TAFE, Spicers, Sona Steering Systems etc. Many of these machines are repeat orders from the same satisfied customers.

Crane Division

This Division can offer:• Overhead Travelling Cranes either hand operated (HOT) or electrically operated (EOT)• Goliath Cranes• Grab Bucket Cranes• Magnet Cranes• Steel Mill Duty Cranes• Flame Proof Cranes• Swing Jib Cranes

These cranes conform to IS 3177 & IS 807 with lifting capacities ranging from 0.5 Tons to 250 Tons and are manufactured under strict quality control.

Manufacturing & allied facilities at Works

Remanufacturing /Reconditioning CenterBatliboi has established an exclusive Reconditioning Center at its Manufacturing Division, Udhna.

The major strength of the center is technical capability and backup of machine tool experts. Center is established with a major strength in machine tools design, CAD facilities, team of electrical and electronics engineers, team of assembly experts and highly skilled workforce.

Unit has adequate material handling equipment, laser interferometer for calibration of reconditioned CNC machines and inspection facilities for precision machine tool industry.

All the major machining requirements of Batliboi Reconditioning division such as Plano Milling, slideway grinding of beds, tables, cylindrical grinding and jig boring which are essential for reconditioning with upgradation, are met by support facilities available at Machine Tools & Foundry Divisions located at Udhna.

With our experience in building Machine Tools and contributing in Nation's industrial growth for over 35 years, we have capability in remanufacturing, reconditioning and refurbishing (i.e. upgradation of conventional and old machines to state of art CNC technologies) machine tools.

Batliboi has refurbished imported high precision Machine Tools restoring accuracy levels thereby helping its customers to upgrade their facilities at affordable cost.
