About usSince its modest beginning in 1993, Indian Designs Exports

Pvt. Ltd. has grown considerably and

cemented its position as a trusted and preferred vendor for

prominent retailers around the world. In addition to servic-

ing the apparel and home

furnishing manufacturing needs of major

international corporations, the company has also partnered

with many smaller clients around the world, and has grown

with them over the years.

Relationship building has always been an integral part of

Indian Designs founding principles and its many long stand-

ing clients around the world bear ample testimony to this.

SAMPLING

- Housed in our Headquarters , an e�cient sampling section develops proto-types

and samples, meeting the need of all of our clients.

- We use Gerber technology for e�ective creation of competitive markers.

- All merchants have QCs in their teams

DESIGN

- The design team monitors global and market trends, builds collections and o�ers

co-creation services working closely with clients’ design teams.

PRODUCTION

- Fast react production software aids in e�ective production planning across all

plants.

- Vertex compliments our e�orts to increase productivity.

- Multi-head computerized embroidery machines produce a range of embroideries,

ranging from basics to complex, appliqués and badges.

Product Development

LABORATORY & TESTING

All fabrics before being issued for production are tested for shrinkage and colour fastness in

the Laboratory.

The lab does the following tests:

> Colour fastness to water

> Wet and Dry Crocking

> Flammability

> Customer wash Tests

> Shrinkage Tests

LAUNDRY

WET PROCESS : Modern washing plant equipped to wash up-to 120,000 units per day located in 4 facilities.

> Various washes are done: Softeners, Enzymes, Stones, Golf Ball washes, Distress.

> DRY PROCESS : With facilities for 3D e�ects, tinting, distress and permanent creasing caters to the fashion

requirements.
