Mission Statement
To be the preeminent provider of superior construction services by consistently
improving the quality of our product; to add value for clients through innovation,
foresight, integrity and aggressive performance; and to serve with character and purpose that brings honors to God.
Philosophy
The philosophy of Manarah Al-Jubail Const. Co. Ltd. (MCCL) is to perform work for
selected group of clients and target projects, and to ensure that necessary attention is
provided on each project we undertake. Our goal on all of our projects is to obtain our client's complete satisfaction by performing our work for the most competitive price,
with the highest quality construction with stringent safety standards and within the
schedule requirements. We take all steps necessary to ensure that these four goals are met and that at the end of each project, our client is more impressed with MCCL
than they were at the first interview. With the market of work we target, customer
satisfaction, repeat business, and excellent referrals from previous projects are the
keys to our continued success.
These philosophies have been in place for 16 years now at MCCL and have resulted in
our continuous growth and success. Although MCCL has achieved a remarkable growth during this short span of time, but our philosophy remains client driven rather
than revenue driven. We are still providing construction services for the same
companies we worked with during the first year of our establishment, which we feel speaks for itself in the quality of work we provide.
