Founded just in 2007, Antares Vision has rapidly become the leading

global provider of serialization and high performance inspection systems

and machines.

Our team of professionals, managers and specialized workforce designs,

manufactures, installs and maintains innovative, highly effective, mission

critical systems for the most demanding customers in the world.

The Antares systems are installed either stand-alone or integrated in the

most prestigious and high-performance third party machinery.

Over 1100 production lines in 170 pharmaceutical plants have been

equipped with our proven turnkey solutions for serialization and

aggregation, producing over 5 billion SKUs serialized, aggregated, shipped

and notified worldwide.

More than 20,000 inspection cameras ensure every day the safety of the

primary and secondary packaging process in production lines, where

Now at its third generation, ATS - the Antares Tracking System

platform - has evolved to provide the best in class solution in terms

of performance, reliability and low cost of ownership.

This result has been obtained thanks to large design investments

and to the strict cooperation of our multi-disciplinary team of

software developers with our key customers. Today the Core

Model Architecture allows customers to easily integrate any ERP

system while guaranteeing data security and consistency across

the production and distribution chain.

The modular and scalable approach complies with any existing

international regulatory, while new regulations emerging in time

are easily added, with minimal revalidation efforts thanks to the

efficient core/domain architecture. This approach has proven

successful, as the Antares platform is now adopted as core model

solution by several large multinational users. At line level, our

electromechanical department has built up in time the largest

range of modules for serialization and aggregation, most of them

representing the world’s first machines of their type: such is the

case of the All-in-One, the first module to integrate serialization,

labelling, checkweighing and tamper evident functionalities, as

well as the first machine with the flexibility to combine thermal

inkjet and laser printing capability in the same unit.

At corporate level, the Antares Vision solution can also provide

Smart Data Management with ATS Four, a software ecosystem

connecting production plants with CMOs, third party logistics and

Production downtimes are critical and costly. This is why our after-sales system is

organized to provide customers with full long-term support.

24/7/365 coverage is ensured by service engineers that have quick access to the

full database of installations, line configurations, software versions and are able to

remotely connect into the systems to provide an immediate first diagnosis.

Then, according to the severity of the issue, they can immediately plan on-site

intervention. Complete and scalable SLAs - Service Level Agreements - are available

with periodic preventive maintenance visits, software upgrades and centralized spare

parts inventory.
