Manufacturing Facilities With its modern and spacious manufacturing facilities at MIDC Jejuri near Pune, and a medium sized factory at Vasai in the outskirts of Mumbai. Quality Control /
Assurance
The Quality Control Department controls all manufacturing
processes, starting from checking the raw material, up to
packaging and dispatching the product to ensure the quality of the
product. This is executed in accordance to customer specifications
and requirements through a team of skilled engineers provided
with accurate measurement instruments for inspection and tests.
The Quality Assurance Department prepares the procedures for all
departments of the Company to ensure compatibility between
themselves and between the Company and Customers. We also
have a documented Quality Program and we follow all the norms of
ISO 9001: 2008
Hot dip Galvanizing
Hot dip Galvanizing is done in 8 Meters long bath. We follow British
Standards BS 729, American Standards ASTM and German
Standards DIN 50976
Drawing & Design
Department
Our Design Office is fully equipped with the latest in hardware and
software. We utilize latest version of AutoCAD. Our designers
determine the Gratings’ geometry and details and prepare shop
drawings for fabrication. Special attention is given for cutouts and
circular shapes. The Drawings can be transmitted to you via
internet using FTP.
