About Us
Trust Protection Security Sdn Bhd hereon referred to as TPS was
registered in Kuala Lumpur under the Private companies Act 1965 on 16
December 2008. Backed by a team of cohesive land and maritime security as
well as corporate professionals including those with operational experience in
the Mozambique Channel and the Gulf of Aden, we are committed to
providing our customers with the most reliable physical security services, both
on land and at sea.
In line with the challenges, needs and level of global security
management industry today, TPS will perform the duties and responsibilities
entrusted to us to the best of our abilities and conforming to world-class

Board of Directors Profiles
The Board of Directors is a blend of professionals who have
relevant experiences in security management.
Chairman : First Admiral Dr Hj Sutarji bin Hj Kasmin (Retired)
Background : Dr Sutarji is the Executive Chairman and has wide
experience in risk and security management. He holds a PhD in Integrated
Coastal Zone Management from Universiti Putra Malaysia. He served 35
years in the Royal Malaysian Navy (RMN) and was the founder and first
commanding officer of the Royal Malaysian Navy Commando (PASKAL) in
1984 - 1990 and in 1992 - 1994. Upon retirement in 2005, he taught
maritime security at the National University of Malaysia (2005 – 2007) and
coastal and maritime zones management at Universiti Putra Malaysia
(2007 – 2012).
Advisor : Brig. Gen. Dato’ Ahmad Zaki Mahmud (Retired)
Background : Dato’ Zaki was trained amongst others in; weapon
systems, anti-terrorist operations, counter insurgency warfare, anti-terrorist
operations and military and international laws. In his 33 years of military
service, he has seen combat against the communist terrorists and held
various appointments such as Infantry Brigade Commander, Military
Adviser in Tokyo and as Liaison Officer at NATO HQ Europe (SHAPE),
Belgium. He holds Advanced Diploma and MA in Security and Policy
Studies from National University of Malaysia. Upon retirement he joined
security industry as Chairman of Solid Force Security Sdn. Bhd and later,
the Advisor to TPS.
Director : Mr Raymond Tee
Background : Raymond holds Bachelor of Commerce in Banking and
Commerce. He served the Bank of Commerce Malaysia for 10 years.
Since then, he ventured into investment business. He has wide
experiences in investment both overseas and local businesses.
Director : MS Alia Nadiah bt Sutarji
(Appointment Being Processed)
Background : Alia is a certified Project Management Professional
(PMP) with over 9 years of experience working in multinationals and
the government sector. Her core competencies are in strategy
planning, mindshare creation as well as cross-geographical multi-
project coordination. She graduated from The University of
Queensland, Australia with a Master’s Degree in Systems Engineering,
and also holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Electronics and
Information Engineering from Nagaoka University of Technology,
Japan. She is proficient in Malay, English, Japanese and Chinese
(Mandarin) languages.
