Project Phases

Requirement Study:  In the requirement study phase of the project we complete a review of client business processes and system requirements. Clients are asked to review and sign-off on this document prior to moving forward in the project. Key events in this Phase are: Project Preparation & Planning Creation of Process and data template Conduct CRP and requirement gathering discussions Prepare & review of functional requirement document Key Deliverables:  Project Plan Business Blue  

Execution  In this phase we will install SAP-Business One at the client site. The proposed system will be delivered accompanying software demonstrations.
