vehicle. We are approved by all major insurance companies and our professional staff is always

willing to help with any claim related problems. Courtesy vehicles are available on request, to

assist customers with transport problems. We offer a clean safe environment for clients

waiting for quotations and assessments, and speak a variety of languages, including (Zulu,

English and Afrikaans).

We Specialize in Hail damage repairs, have years of experience how to manage the process

due to parts being on back order, dealing with client urgency, managing hail technicians work

quality (have 26 in-house contracted local hail technicians and 16 American technicians).

Premises offer space for an insurance company to use PRISTEEN BODY WORX as a drive-in-

center, and we provide a desk, internet and printing facility. PRISTEEN BODY WORX is in the

process of implementing Audatex as a mainframe quoting system to comply with all the

assurances needs.

QUALITY CONTROLS

Check in list with client where all damages are marked on the vehicle and photos are taken,

which is uploaded on clients profile including check in list that are signed with the client. Any

correspondence via email, SMS, telephone calls and what’s app is recorded on TMS. Vehicle is

checked in a well-lit delivery bay and check list is done before a client is informed to collect his

vehicle.

PAINT

We use RSB’s RM water base system, with SATA Spray guns and SATA filtration system.
