Mr. Sukit Prakitrittranon established Union Engineering Co., Ltd., with an office based in Soi Saladaeng 1, Rama IV Road, Bangkok, to export and import chemical products.
Owing to the higher demand for chemical products and the advent of the Just-In-Time System, the company installed a production line for producing surface- finishing chemicals in order to ensure prompt delivery of products to customers.

On 1st December 2002 Mr. Swaek Prakitritanon assumed the position of President of Thai Auromex Co., Ltd.
A branch office in Dong Nai province, Vietnam, (at Amata Industrial Park near Ho Chi Minh City) was established to support the demand of customers in the Indochina region.
Owing to customers’ higher requirements, especially analysis and after-sales services, OACL relocated its laboratory to Bangpoo Industrial Estate.
