Leana Business Process Outsourcing is a Philippine based Call Center situated in Silang, Cavite. Our company caters to Inbound and Outbound campaigns both for Local and International sectors that include our line of business in Lead Generation, Appointment Setting, Sales and Customer Service. We render full commitment to our valuable clients and employees who serve as the heart and soul our company.

STRUCTUREOur Executive Office proudly introduces our Chief

Executive Officer, who tirelessly supports the Team spirit encouraging each employee to be one in building dreams of greatness and absolute success. Business Director’s Office has its Directress who ensures a harmoniously working relationship with clients who are considered as our partners to success. The office manages to maintain a healthy working environment in all departments, ensuring outstanding growth of the company. Marketing Department focuses on strategically spreading the worth and significance of our company.

Recruitment Department has its role of pooling excellent agents who are reliable and dependable. Profile with great discernment the applicants to campaigns which match the innate and acquired skills.

Human Resources Department works in establishing proper decorum and discipline in all departments. Ensures proper compensation and benefits are being provided to all employees.

Operations Department ensures the quality performance of each employee. From its Manager who maintains productive results within her coverage down to the agents who meets and exceeds client expectations, producing the KPI’s outstandingly.

The Team Leader –manages to handle a team of 10, ensures quality performance of each agents.

Quality Assurance Specialist- maintains quality calls. The specialist monitors and calibrates the calls, and coaching follows.

IT Department maintains excellent internet connection at all times during work hours. This is a 24/7 operating company, IT personnel gives a guaranteed IT support for all existing campaigns.

Leana Business Process Outsourcing was established early 2014. The Chief Executive Officer ,Ms Mina B. Cortez, together with a good friend, Hazel Deen Magno, started a small Call Center business which catered to helping US clients outsource services, mainly for Lead Generation, Sales and Appointment Setting campaigns.

It was through hard work and total dedication that made the company reach the peak of its success. At this point, the company is showing more potential in growing and through ramping of other campaigns whether Inbound or Outbound, has made it clear that we have made a name proving its worth.

We cater to different processes, which includes Inbound Customer Support, Non- Voice Accounts for Back-end Process, Outbound Appointment Setting, Lead Generation, SEO and Online Marketing campaigns, Telco Sales, Health and Fitness Sales. Our different departments work hand in hand on a common goal of achieving ultimate success.
