TRZ Garments Industry Ltd. is a well‐established and leadingSPECIAL Woven Garments Manufacturing Group in the RMGsector of Bangladesh consists of its three 100% ExportOriented Woven Garments manufacturing facilities named TRZGarments Industry Ltd. The Company is a long‐time supplierfor amongst others, H&M,C&A, Intersports, Didrikson, HEMA,ALDI and Carrefour. TRZ adheres to Corporate SocialResponsibility principles. Quality Objectives:
Objectives
TRZ has its own dedicated Internal Compliance team with five
members who are under the direct supervision of Director,
CEO & Managing Director. Members of Compliance team are
well educated in Country Law, Company rules & Regulations,
Buyer’s COC as well as Environmental Law.
The Compliance Team will develop operating policies and
procedures to govern Team functions with the inventory, risk
assessment, training, communications, audits and corrective
actions.
The Compliance Team develop and adhere to an approved
timeline for program development and subsequent program
maintenance including:
o a)Scheduled meetings to review the inventory and any
new or revised policies or procedures
o b) Scheduled reviews and follow up of complaints,
audits, findings and corrective actions
The Compliance Team provide training and communications

MEDICAL CENTER :
Considering the provision of health carefacility to our workers and staffs under theprevailing labor act, TRZ has a complete 12bedded fatigue center and dispensarysupported by two Medical Officer (MBBSDoctors) and two trained Nurses.
Necessary First Aid, along with supply ofemergency medicines provided at free ofcost from this dispensary. In the case of longterm treatments of any worker, TRZ takesthe patient to a better hospital. Under thecircumstances the authority takes necessarysteps to provide full course of treatment.
DINING HALL :
A well decorated Dining hall in the factory premises. Numbers ofAssistants are engaged to maintain a hygienic environment takingnecessary measures. Two thousand workers can sit at a time totake their lunch.
HEALTHCARE AND FACILITIES
POWER HOUSE :
To overcome the effects of the irregular and insufficient powersupply system of our country, TRZ has set up two completeelectric sub‐station (1130+500) =1,630KVA capacity to keep itsproduction running in a safe zone. Heavy diesel generator sixunits have been set up for uninterrupted power supply also thecompany has installed 6,500WATTS solar panel systems coveringits security needs.
ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT SYSTEM :
TRZ is under process to perform an audit on EMS though TRZ is notrecommended for EMS. TRZ production process is limited byCutting, Sewing &Packing which may affected to polluteEnvironment. NOC (No objection certificate is available for TRZ.
WORK PLACE VENTILATION :
Entire floors are well ventilated by installing sufficientnumber of air circulation devises. Workers can work in coolatmosphere. Air emission & temperature are periodicallytest by competent 3rd party.
Our quality control is practiced right from the initial stage of sourcing rawmaterials to the stage of final finished garment. We maximize the productionof goods within the specified tolerances correctly the first time. We followthe AQL 2.5.Our Quality System Requirements are based on the principle of PDCA Cycle.
Quality means customer needs is to be satisfied, Quality management system is a number of measures and techniques that are used to produced only quality goods in the first place and defects do not create at all. If the defects are occurring at all, there must be applying corrective action to eliminate these defects in the initial stage and would not reappear. W follow the AQL 2.5.
Our Quality Management System (QMS)
The Quality Management System (QMS) of TRZ.1. Inspect the all incoming, in-process & final goods to ensure quality of
goods. 2. Make sure that all patterns & pattern grading are okay. 3. Check the markers, marker making methods, marker efficiency if it is
okay and within consumption. 4. Inspect spreading, cutting & numbering process in detail. 5. Ensure the relaxation time that was given to knit fabric. 6. Install in-line inspector in the sewing lines. 7. To monitor quality in production line they install Traffic Light Chart
system or other system. 8. Inspect 100% goods delivered from sewing lines. 9. Inspect the table quality inspection for in line passed garments with
Statistical Technique. 10. Control the reject garment so that they do not mix up with quality passed
garment. 11. Have to control repairable goods, washable goods so that they can be
double checked to ensure quality. 12. Check garment with right machine, tools and equipment’s and in right
conditions. 13. Inspect the right ironing or pressing, folding techniques. 14. Make repeat inspection of garments prior to poly-bagging. 15. Inspect poly-bagging & assortment. 16. Make sure the actual measurements of carton and complete packaging
process according to the buyer requirements. 17. Manufacturer conducts final inspection in prior to shipment of garment. 18. Transmit training quality assurance personnel so that they can easily
identify defects & understand the causes of defects. 19. Also arrange training for quality assurance (QA) personnel on Statistical
Methods. 20. Make continuous improvement plans & implement them.
Marker type : CAD Marker Method of fabric inspection :Four point grading system using Fabric
inspection MachineSpread checking : 100% check during spreading.Cut piece checking : 100% check of component from Cut block.
Procedures for cutting :After getting approval to start cutting, cutting staffwill open all rolls of fabric required for days cutting at least 24 hours prior tocommencement of cutting for the purpose of fabric setting. this fabricsetting is required to make the fabric return to its actual shrink form aftersetting of the fabric, laying of fabric if laying single color then paperseparator to be used to separate each roll, if laying other colors too, thenwill use different color to separate rolls. This will reduce shading problem.The lay height not by any means exceed above six inches.
Before start Cutting:CHECK THAT THE MARKER IS PLACED ON THE SPREAD WITH EDGE PARALLEL TO THE SELVAGEOF THE PIECE GOODS VERIFY THAT ALL CUT PIECES WILL COMPLETE ALSO CHECK THAT NOMARKERS ARE CREASED CHECK FOR SHADING UNLESS ALL PARTS ARE MARKED, IT IS ESSENTIALTO HAVE A SYSTEM TO CONTROL SHADING. CHECK THE SHARPNESS OF THE CUTTING MACHINEBLADE, DO NOT USE BLUNT BLADES, THIS WILL DAMAGE THE FABRIC WHILE CUTTING THEFABRIC MAKE SURE THAT: CUTTING TOLERANCE WILL EXCEED 1/32 OF AN INCH DURINGSPREADING CUTTING QUALITY WILL FILL‐UP THE SPREAD CHECK LIST AND WILL MARK ALLDEFECT PARTS DURING LYING AND WILL REPORT IN SPREAD DEFECT FORMAT AFTER CUTTINGEACH CUT BLOCKS HAS TO BE CHECKED BY HARD PATTERN THE CUT BLOCK IS TO BE PLACED INBETWEEN TWO HARD PATTERNS AND HAVE TO CHECK FOR MISS CUTS, MATCHING PLIES, ANDNOTCHES.
CUT BLOCK INSPECTION:CUT BLOCK INSPECTION IS MADE AND RECORDED AS PER CUTTING COMPONENT REPLACEMENT REPORT THE DEFECT COMPONENTS HAVE TO BE REPLACED IMMEDIATELY AND PLACED IN THE LAYER FROM WHERE REJECTED THIS HAS TO BE RECORDED STRICTLY.
