ABOUT US
Supplying steel pipes fall within ODELYA®’s expertise area.ODELYA® brand pipes are divided into two main categories: Pipe-line and construction (industrial and piling) pipes, with various kinds of production techniques and sizes, which are produced in our local part-ners’ mills located in Turkey.
COMPLETE PROJECT MANAGEMENTIn order to assure a smooth and on-time delivery, the “project” should be managed with utmost care and all external or unpredictable factors should be taken into consideration in advance.
Any sophisticated supply project essencially includes (but not limited to) “negotiations”, “time schedul-ing”, “quality assurance”, “delivery”…
However, as for a steel pipe supply project, some administrative and operational steps come to the fore-front, which naturally affects the project, such as specifying the most appropriate production and shipping plan, warehousing (if needed), organizing the inspection of the production and loading, coordinating the whole transportation process including inland hauling and handling customs clerance procedures, and tracking the transportation as well.

TURKISH-ORIGIN STEEL PRODUCTS
To avoid “no-return” damages to the supply project, the risks shouldbe estimated so carefully and char-acterized in detail.Thus, importance of such quality-based approach make a comprehensive quality man-agement compulsary, not only for the production but also for the loading and shipment as well.
Specifically determining the most appropriate production plan, inspiring our manufacturer partners to innovation and common senses for caring about the quality…
Appointing (independent) “third party inspection” (TPI) organizations and coordinating the inspection plan of the production and loading steps…These all assure the premium quality of our strategical project management.
INSPECTION TEST PLAN & QUALITY PLANBefore starting the production, reaching to an multiletral agreement is required for a smooth production and loading. Therefore, each single details of the production and testing phases, from from raw material inlet point to the loading to the transportation vehicles is negotiated by the parties.
In no way, the production starts unless the all parties are fully satisfied with the stipulated inspection test plan.
In the center of these negotiations, thanks to our experience in various projects and technical knowledge in the area of steel pipe technologies, we are so ready to puzzle over the whole plan and offer the most proper solutions.
THIRD PARTY INSPECTION (TPI)We appoint worldwide-known independant inspection companies (Third Party Inspection -TPI) compa-nies to inspect the quality of material, production and loading steps in case of any undesirable incidents relating any step of production and shipment.

LARGE DIAMETER STEEL PIPES
We are mainly active in sales of large diameter steel pipes.
We supply SAW spirally and ERW Longi-tudinally welded steel pipes in the following standards according to usage areas.
PRODUCTION STANDARDSODELYA® brand spirally welded (SAW) steel pipes are manufactured according to the following standards:

Below detailed outside coating and inside lining can be applied to the pipes in order to eliminate corrosive medium effects.
