I am an alumnus of Va. Tech with a degree in engineering and wasemployed by DuPont for 31 years. I have been very active in thiscommunity for many years and have held leadership positions in suchorganizations as Big Brothers/Big Sisters, Arc of Augusta, United Way,RiverFest, Dogwood Place, Waynesboro Senior Center, Camp VirginiaJaycee, Rotary and the Wayne Theatre Alliance. I received thedistinguished Salvation Army’s Overton Award and have been namedOutstanding Young Man of Virginia. I am an active member of Main StreetUnited Methodist Church and live in Augusta County with my wife Amy.
