Exaggerated or Misleading claims 1.Quality Brane Fit: Some
consumers accepted with its quality that they felt fresher and more
active after drinking this product (Vanialla.in.th, 2011), however
some consumers complained that after drinking in contrast they felt
asleep. (Pantip.com, 2009) Peptine: Only a few consumer agreed that
it could help them to feel more energetic and wakeful but most of
them complained that it wasnt worth to buy. (Pantip.com, 2008)
Brands: People agreed that it could help them awake while they were
learning. (Pantip.com, 2013)

2.Features There were no comments with the package or the
products features from the consumers. I think that because most of
the consumers expect to buy these products in term of their quality
which can benefit their health, rather than expect for their
good-looking features. However, in my opinion the products are
already well designed.

3. Cost Brane Fit: Most consumers agreed that it was worth to
buy due to its benefits and its flavor was good. (Vanialla.in.th,
2011) Peptine: Overall comments claimed that its cost was too
expensive. Moreover, people thought that it benefited for health
the same as consuming fish, soy milk or tofu. (guru.google.co.th,
2008) Brands: The cost was more expensive comparing with the other
products in this brand, however there were not much comments about
its cost because it was a new product. (Pantip.com, 2013)

4.Safety These three products have been certified by The Food
And Drug Administration in Thailand. They also havent had the
denigrated news and havent been indicted by the consumers.

5. Warranty Peptein Original Soy Peptide and Brands Gen U were
frequently advertised in the TV that the products would help to
support the brain function and make the consumers be brighter to
proceed the works in their daily-life, but not 100% ensured the
result. However, these 3 products all had the warranty from The
Food And Drug Administration.

6. Customer Testing Brane Fit: Most consumers liked its taste.
They were very satisfied with the flavor and said that it was easy
to drink. (Vanialla.in.th, 2011) Peptine: Many customers didnt like
its flavor, they claimed that the taste was strange and bitter.
(Pantip.com, 2008) Brands: Most consumers were satisfied with its
flavor, however some people complained that its flavor was too
intense. (Pantip.com, 2013)

My best option: My best option is Brane Fit because comparing
with the two products, it not only has the cheapest price but also
has a good quality. Due to the comments in the Pantip and Vanilla
websites, after drinking Brane fit people feel fresh and awake.
Moreover, many consumers are satisfied with its taste. They said
that it is delicious and easy to drink. Although, Brans Gen U also
might be a good choice but its cost is quite expensive. Therefore,
if I am a consumer, I will choose the Brane Fit.
