Date & Barcode:Essential on the cover of a magazine. It informs the audience of the price which should be in two different currencies. Barcodes allows the institutions publishing the magazine to know how many is being bought & how many is needed.

Cover Line: making it sound essential by saying “25th April Hang out with James for the day” makes the audience aware of the competition that is going on.

Masthead: The masthead used is a plain white with a mixture of red. It’s bold font & large size ensures it catches the audience attention.

Tag Line: Is what the magazine sells itself on. It informs the audience what the magazine specialises in.

Main Image: My key image doesn’t take much space. Key images are normally placed in the centre; however I added a variation by placing it on the right which catches the audience attention. Not only does it tell the audience about the character. But also goes with the ‘clean’ style of the magazine.

Main Cover Line: My main cover line is white with a yellow background which catches the audience attention. This informs the audience of the actor featuring in the film trailer.

Cover Line: ‘200 exclusives’ can be the cover line. Because its in dark red this will automatically catch the audience attention & thus raising enigmas to finding out what ‘200 exclusives is’

Main Image: This is a professional magazine as you can see the key image isn’t in the centre. This catches the audience attention. His facial expression play a role as the audience will wonder why is he like that. Thus they would pick up the magazine and read to find out more.

Main Cover Line: On this front cover it is white using big & bold fonts this also reels in the audience attention. It also tells the audience who is featured on this magazine.
