In both cases, the hotels are really easy to find (if we know the hotels name). They are both at the first rank on google as you can see on the screen shoots.Moreover, when you make a research by city + luxury hotels, they don’t appear on the first page.If we search by brand, they come up directly as well.

Clear website of the Plaza. Managed by category: Booking system, Hotel (room and suite), Dining, Welness, Shops,Events, Family, History and News. Navigation on this website is very easy. We have all the informations that we need as a customer:Different room types, descriptions, style, room size, level floors, services, restaurants with menus etc., welness and program, shops presentation (even the price of the last renovation)…With this website, we think that clients will not have to call to obtain additional informations.

EASY TO USE: THE GEORGE V

With this website, we arrive on a group presentation, without any soul. Just a picture.Informations are also clear and aboundant, we have all class by category.This website is very clear. You just need to click to discover all the necessaries informations about hotel services.Room details are really well presented. Very easy to use. It’s an other website style. Furthermore everywhere we can find a link to help you and permit you to reserve.

The New York Plaza:It exists a list of news with all the recent articles about the hotel and luxury in general that permit at the clients to see the hotel news.You can also receive the news letter of the hotel.

The Four Seasons George V:The engagement that we can find on the first page is the possibility of buying a gift card that can permit you to offer an amazing moment.No comments can be put on the website.

George V:30 seconds are needed to reserve. Easy to use. Avaibility is on live. Rates also. As smart as the website.

The Plaza New York:Also easy to reserve.Informations are clear and smart.

The George V:It is present on twitter, facebook, delicious and more…Easy to share and present on the first page of the website.

The New York Plaza:It can’t be shared on the Plaza website.No presence on Facebook, twitter…But it is managed by « Fairmont Hotel ». And on the fairmont website, we can share on different networks.

QUALITATIVE

Express positioning:High positioning. Both are luxury focused. They try to attract the same client segment.

DistintiveOne is clear, white (almost too much), the other is fashion. Two different styles that match with their category.

CONCLUSION

Two different website. One is more focused on environment (more fashion, more

touchable): Plaza. The other is more a group website without flourish. On both, informations are very clear. We may propose to the George V to give more news about

the hotel (like articles and engagement). For the Plaza, we recommand an immediate share on

specific network (unfortunatly, they are very engaged but they have a poor sharing).

In both websites we can recommand a range of prices in each room presentation to inform the clients. As this point they both don’t give informations.
