Compass Living will be the

market leader for residential

tourism where people circulate

through a network of sites around

the world for long or short term

stays where comfort and ease of

living is a design imperative.

Compass Living will be the

residential choice for Baby

Boomers who do not retire the

way of their parents. Travel

along with much longer stays

within larger units are high

priorities for the target market.

The Compass Living system becomes an attractive retirement

option where living a full service / full staff lifestyle at an affordable

price point is realistically reachable for the middle income market.

Select locations supporting medical needs through vetted medical

partners enable peace of mind and the comfort of knowing help is
