Before we begin, let’s get familiar with some basic terms and concepts. These will help you better understand the aspects of the ÜFORIA® compensation plan.
MEMBERSHIP TYPES: CUSTOMERS AND ÜTRITIONISTSEveryone who signs up are considered “Members” and can choose their type of membership:

ENROLLMENT TREE• Keeps track of each member’s ENROLLER or
SPONSOR. Your Enroller is the person who first introduced you to ÜFORIA®.
• A PEM (Personally Enrolled Member) refers to the member(s) you have personally enrolled, also known as 1st level. Their PEMs would be your 2nd level, etc.
MONTHLY PERIODSStart at 12am Central time, the first day of the month (e.g. January 1, February 1, March 1, etc…) and ends at 11:59pm Central time on the last day of the calendar month (e.g. January 31, February 28/29, March 31, etc…)
Monthly commissions are paid on the 10th day of the following month.
PLACEMENT TREEBy default it's identical to the enrollment tree, except when an Enroller chooses to place a PEM underneath another ÜTRITIONIST in their organization. This can be done as long as the placement happens within the first 30 days from the date the PEM signed up and the PEM is still 1st level on both trees. When a placement takes place, it only effects the placement tree, but not the enrollment tree.
QV / CV Each eligible product has points of QV/CV linked to them. Unless specified, the QV amount will be the same as the CV amount. Example: ÜTRITION™ $159.95 / 100QV/100CV
QV (QUALIFYING VOLUME)• Used for qualification requirements to be eligible
to earn commissions and ranks.
PQV (PERSONAL QV)• 100 Personal QV (PQV) or higher in the calendar
month are required to participate in the comp plan. When you’ve met this requirement, you’re shown as “ACTIVE”.
• Your personal orders create your PQV
• Your personal customers can contribute with up to 100 QV towards a ÜTRITIONIST’s monthly qualification at the close of the month.
CV (COMMISSIONABLE VOLUME)• Used for calculating your commissions throughout the
comp plan.
RV (RETAIL VOLUME)• Add up your PQV + your Customers’ QV + the QV from your
ÜTRITIONISTS (paid as Beginner) to obtain your RV for the month.
HABIT PACKSchedule your customized ÜTRITION™ to be automatically ordered, processed and shipped to your door each month. By doing this once, you can make your health a habit and rest assured that you are always “active.” You can edit or cancel anytime.
FOR CUSTOMERS ONLYWhen a customer who is on the habit pack refers 4 or more customers, (who also are active within the month) the customer’s ÜTRITION™ will be free of charge the following month; only paying shipping and handling.

QUICK OVERVIEWThe compensation plan has five earning centers, where you must be active with 100PQV to participate. This does not include retail earnings from multi-packs of PreTRITION™ that are sold individually.
FIRST-START BONUS (paid weekly on the ENROLLMENT TREE)You can earn this bonus from orders placed by your new Members (Customers or ÜTRITIONISTS) within their first 30 days in the business. Also, by any new members on your second and third levels.

Members will be accumulated throughout the MONTHLY PERIOD.
• Also, throughout the MONTHLY PERIOD you can earn shares of this pool, according to this chart.
• The value per share is determined by dividing the pool amount by the number of shares issued company-wide.
*Orders participating on the First Start Bonus and ÜFORTUNE pool will not participate on ResidÜal Bonus or Rev Share.

EXAMPLE
Between March 1 to 31, you bought a 10-pack. You shared with 10 new Customers and followed through making sure they completed their Üstart kit registration.
You earn:
• 5 shares for buying the 10-pack
• 5 shares for having 5 x 2 PEMs with full Üstart kit registration & lab.
• 5 extra shares for having 10 PEMs with full Üstart kit registration & lab.
Total: 15 shares for the month
Let’s assume that in March, new Members generated 1,000,000 company-wide CV.
10% Üfortune Pool = 100,000 CV
Let’s also assume, the total amount of shares issued for the month was 1100 (including your 15 shares and everyone else’s).
Share value = (100,000 CV / 1100 shares) = $90.90 per share
Your Üfortune Pool Bonus for the month would be 15 shares x $90.90 = $1,363.50!
As you can see, the share value for each month will vary according to each month's pool and total amount of shares issued.

RESIDUALBONUS
(Paid montly on the PLACEMENT TREE on CV from non First-Start orders). At the end of the monthly period, if “ACTIVE,” you’ll qualify for one of the ranks on the ResidÜal Bonus chart. You’ll get paid the percentages shown per rank, according to the chart.
• Dynamic compression on Customers and Beginners down to next level to the rank of Builder.
• Generational levels (Levels 8th and beyond) compress to the rank of INFLUENCER.
RESIDUAL BONUS Based on CV (Commissionable Volume)
Example: Your paid rank is INFLUENCER this month. You get paid levels 1 to 7. Then, members on levels 8, 9 and 10 are ranks lesser than Influencers, but the person on level 11 is an INFLUENCER. The first generational payout would include the CV from levels 8,9,10 and 11 together paid as 1st generation. Then we’ll continue to look for the 2nd generation of Influencers to be paid on level 12, 13, etc…

EXAMPLE:You’re D&D-20 and you have “Anne” (ÜTRITIONIST) who is D&D-10, who has “Ben” (ÜTRITIONIST) who is D&D-5, who has a Customer (named “C”).
Let’s track how D&D pays the $20 from C’s jar:
1- C is D&D-0, thus she gets $0 from her own jar.
2- Ben is D&D-5, he gets $5 from C’s jar.
3- Anne is D&D-10, she gets ($10-$5)= $5 from C’s jar.
4- You are D&D-20, subtract $10 already paid out and you get $10 from C’s jar.

• According to your D&D grade for the month, you can get paid up to $20 on your own purchases and on your Enrollment tree.
• D&D payout starts with the person who purchased a ÜTRITION™ or any of the PREtrition™ packs, and then continues up the enrollment tree paying the difference between your D&D grade minus any amount already paid on D&D for that specific purchase.
• Your D&D grade is defined by your RV (Retail Volume).
• Your RV is the sum of your PQV + the QV from your Personally Enrolled Customers and ÜTRITIONISTS ranked "Beginner".
Depending on the RV for the month, each ÜTRITIONIST will qualify for one of the following grades: = get $10 from C's jar

Your achieved D&D grade could change throughout the month. We highly recommend maintaining extra active Personally Enrolled Customers in case one or more of your Customers choose to become a ÜTRITIONIST. Also, when one of your current ÜTRITIONISTS is paid as beginner, and has an active member (customer or Ütritionist), their rank will change and will no longer contribute to your RV. This can happen anytime within the month.

Rainmaker Pool
REV SHARE RAINMAKER POOL (paid quarterly on GLOBAL CV from non First-Start orders)• Every time you are paid as Rainmaker, you participate in a Rev
Share Pool. This pool represents 1% of the company’s global CV from recurrent orders.
* Recurrent orders are orders placed by Members outside of their first 30 days in the business.
We invite all of you to stretch and achieve your place in one of ÜFORIA’s highest and prestigious recognition programs, the CAP 100 CLUB. CAP stands for Customer Acquisition Packs. Each Customer or Ütritionist that you enroll, who each in turn receive their first customized Ütrition™
order, will count towards your CAP 100 Club total. When you complete 100 of them, you'll be part of the CAP 100 club. Besides the honor of being a CAP 100 Club achiever, CAP 100 earners will receive special online recognition, swag, reserved seating at events, among other perks.
In addition to the amazing compensation plan, ÜFORIA® creates events, trips and incentives for ÜTRITIONISTS. For instance, you can attend cruises by paying for it completely, by earning it partially or by earning it all and allowing the company to pay for it.

The examples used to explain the comp plan are no guarantees concerning the level of success you may experience and are not promises of income. As with any business, your results may vary, and will be based on your individual capacity, expertise and level of desire.
What is a “MEMBER”When we refer to both Customers and ÜTRITIONISTS indistinctly, we say “members”.
What is a PEM?A Personally Enrolled Member, is any Customer or ÜTRITIONIST you directly enrolled.
How does a Customer refer other Customers for the Referral Program?Customers have a replicated site “(for example: alias.uforiascience.com) to refer other customers. They also have “invites” they can send from their back office to their family and friends to share the information about ÜFORIA® Science.
About Placement
Who can I place under other ÜTRITIONISTS?Any PEM (Personally Enrolled Member), as long as they are still 1st level to you in both trees (enrollment tree and placement tree) before the placement happens, and as long the placement happens within the first 30 days from the date the PEM signed up.
Can I place a member under a Customer?No, you can only place members under ÜTRITIONISTS in your organization.
When I place a member, does that affects my Enrollment Tree?No, it just affects your Placement Tree. Your Enrollment Tree remains untouched.
Comp Plan FAQs
When I place one of my PEMs under a ÜTRITIONIST, what’s their benefit?A ResidÜal bonus is the only bonus are the only bonus paid on the Placement Tree. Your ÜTRITIONIST will benefit by getting paid from the PEM and his/her organization’s volume.
What is the Enrollment Tree for?Most of the comp plan is based off of the Enrollment Tree. This includes rank qualification requirements, D&D grade qualification and D&D bonus, First-start bonus etc.
When I place one of my PEMs under a ÜTRITIONIST, will the PEM’s volume help the ÜTRITIONIST qualify for ranks?No. Rank qualifiers are based off of Enrollment tree. The ÜTRITIONIST you’re helping must rank advance by their own merit based on his/her Enrollment tree, and then he/she can benefit from receiving ResidÜal Bonuses from your PEM.
Payment
Is there Dynamic Compression?Yes.
When are commissions paid?First-Start bonus weekly commissions are posted every Monday, and all Monthly commissions are posted on day 10 of the next month.
