Horstkemper offers you innovative machinery and plant technology for fully automated processing of furniture components. The tasks to be accomplished are mis-cellaneous. They include, for example, stack infeed via cross conveyors and floor roller conveyors, singulating the stacks and feeding the panels to the panel saw by a vacuum destacking unit and diagonal roller conveyor, sawing the panels, outfeed, singulating and aligning the parts, their edge banding and many other tasks such as storage and customization by special stacker cranes. Having been a specialist in the industry for many years, we are able to understand every detail of your process and to find the optimal solutions for your requirements. There are practically no limits to the layout flexibility. We design and implement the suitable concepts to meet your indivi-dual production requirements.

We offer customized logistics solutions to customers from miscellane-ous fields for handling and transport of components. Our long-lasting, high-quality technology guarantees high technical availability. Short maintenance processes that are exactly matched with each other make sure that any interruption of your value-adding chain is minimized. Our solutions are conceived so that production processes are simplified and accelerated. No matter whether it is stacker cranes, flow assem-bly lines or transfer carriages: smart and individual solutions for your intralogistics increase efficiency and process security by optimizing the work flow.
Time is money – this applies particularly in the intralogistics field. We offer you at-tractive solutions for flow assembly that will allow you to improve your production processes and simplify the entire logistics chain, because operators will need each subassembly or part only at one station. This will enable improved planning accor-ding to a predetermined cycle. Moreover the specialization of employees will incre-ase the quality of work, ensure adherence to schedules and optimize the entire value-adding chain.
Stacker cranes allow fully automatic sto-rage and retrieval of unit loads. Our stock management computers enable you to face the increasing demands of modern, fast work flow. Via an interface to the stock management software, stock movement jobs can be sent to the stacker crane. This will then make available the requested material to the desired position.
Our transfer carriages are conceived so that even special requirements from very different sectors can be met without pro-blem. Loads up to 55 tons have already
been put into practice. Our transfer car-riages / FTS can be used for many tasks of intralogistic transport, they support au-tomated work flow. Furthermore, wireless power transfer guarantees a maximum of cost-effectiveness and safety at work. Wireless communication via WLAN facilitates linking to intelligent workflow control systems.
