How to order a JLG Competitive Part:1) Sign into ONLINE EXPRESS and go to order entry.2) In the “Item Number” entry box, enter the competitor’s part number with the proper Manufacturer Indicator at the beginning of the number. 3) Proceed with the remainder of your order.

Manufacturer Indicator:

Items marked as "NONOEM" in the description field are items that are considered to be compatible to the referenced competitive part number. JLG makes no representation that any such part is an exact replacement for any given OEM part specified by the original manufacturer. The JLG Parts Warranty provides warranty coverage for parts originally purchased from JLG that fail within six months of the date of invoice. No labor reimbursement will be honored for replacement parts warranty. JLG may request that parts be returned for diagnosis. If so, the parts must be tagged and shipped to the designated location on the packing slip. Parts and components requested to be returned to JLG for which a warranty claim is made shall be returned to a location designated by JLG. All components and parts shall become the property of JLG.

THE WARRANTIES SET FORTH IN THIS SECTION ARE EXCLUSIVE AND IN LIEU OF ALL OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER STATUTORY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AND THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES ARISING FROM COURSE OF DEALING OR USAGE OF TRADE ARE HEREBY EXCLUDED. THE REMEDIES PROVIDED HEREIN ARE CUSTOMER'S SOLE AND EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES FOR ANY FAILURE BY JLG TO COMPLY WITH ITS WARRANTY OBLIGATIONS. CORRECTION OF THE NONCONFORMITIES IN THE MANNER AND FOR THE PERIOD OF TIME PROVIDED HEREIN SHALL CONSTITUTE COMPLETE FULFILLMENT OF JLG'S OBLIGATIONS REGARDING DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS, WHETHER THE CLAIMS BY THE CUSTOMER ARE BASED IN CONTRACT, IN TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE) OR OTHERWISE.
