Our Division promotes camaraderie and sportsmanship, we follow rules as it is, to maintain the decorum of the game, that is why, we condemn whatever demeanour which might result to unfair and unjust competition. In the course of the game, many have witnessed that every time it is our turn to bat, the Umpire allows the opponent to block our player, which we believe a violation of the rule, but the case is different whenever it is our opponent’s players turn. An omission on the part of the Umpire to prohibit the opponent from blocking our player is a grave abuse of discretion amounting to unjust imposition of rules, which turned out to be one sided, benefiting the other, at our own expense To substantiate our complaint, an incident happened where our player was pushed by that of the opponent, causing him to fall to the ground, because of the attempt of the latter to block the formers way. Further, we also question the point system of the Scoring Committee for being bias. We understand whatever penalty to be imposed to the players for being violative of the rule but that should be equally applied. Negligence and failure to see any violation of the opponent’s side, which is clearly manifested and seen by the public, is not a valid excuse, of not deducting any points from that of the other.

Dear ___________________,

In line with the Baseball Tournament between ETD and DBA, we would like to pose our protest for Game’s practices and conduct prejudicial on the part of our players.

An omission on the part of the Umpire to prohibit the opponent from blocking our player is a grave abuse of discretion amounting to unjust imposition of rules, which turned out to be one sided, benefiting the other, at our own expense

To substantiate our complaint, an incident happened where our player was pushed by that of the opponent, causing him to fall to the ground, because of the attempt of the latter to block the formers way.

To simplify, we question the enforcement of the rules, being unfair on our part and toleration to that of our opponent.

We seek for immediate action.
