Founded in 2009 and located in Noida, India, we are a service provider to the energy sector, with global operations. We offer our customers design and supply of photovoltaic systems, operation and maintenance of energy facilities as well as the Trading with Chinese power plant spare parts.

Since 2016 we are member of the German VPC Group, a leading German service provider in the field of engineering consultancy for power generation plants and distribution systems and other related services for the energy sector.

We diversify into EPC of thermal and renewable power plant development along with extending its offerings in process plants such as sugar plants, cement plants, fertilizer plants and oil refi-neries. SPARE PARTS FOR CHINESE POWER PLANTS

Timely access to spare parts is essential for maintenance and plant availability – both bind working capital. We offer and manage Chinese spare parts through specific part depots and other programs in order to minimize capital investment and maxi-mize systems utilization and plant downtime.

Through many years in operation, maintenance, E&C, R&M and repair of power plants, we have gained extensive experience as regards long-term estimation of spare parts consumption.

Due to the large volume of parts and equipment procured by us from a wide range of reputable Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM’s) we are able to deliver spare parts at competitive prices.

A Spare Parts Supply Agreement with or without technical sup-port can be tailored to suit any power plant owner‘s needs. We deal in power plant (thermal-coal & gas, renewable-solar & biomass) equipment and machinery along with various spares required during O&M. We have hands-on experience in the sour-cing, installation and commissioning of most diverse power plant equipment.

ERECTION & COMMISSIONING

We undertake erection & commissioning for power generation equipment and auxiliaries. The company possesses technical, fi nancial and managerial capacity to supply and install such equipment and auxiliaries to the fullest satisfaction of the custo-mer. We execute such projects in association with the factories who are also well qualifi ed and reputed in their respective fi elds.

Manufacturing of equipment and delivery to site accounts for 70% of the project costs, but the real skills of an organization are put to test during erection and commissioning of the equipment. Erection and commissioning is a systematic and sequential pro-cess, the performance of which requires a great deal of expertise and experience. Following this philosophy since our inception we have earned a successful track record in this fi eld.

Our erection works business includes erection, testing and com-missioning of boilers, turbines and generators and balance of plant (BOP) works for the power sector (thermal: coal & gas; renewables: solar & biomass).

Renovation & ModernizationEnergy Effi cient Renovation & Modernization (EE R&M) and Life Extension (LE) of existing old units have been accepted world-wide as an effective option to increase output and improve effi -ciency at an optimum cost-benefi t ratio. We provide R&M design consultancy services to attain increased effi ciency and enhanced life of the unit with reduced emission to meet environmental Standards and requirements. R&M design consultancy is aimed at various aspects of undertaking R&M and is based on results of condition assessment checks, non-destructive tests and dest-ructive tests and effi ciency measurements/energy audits. Detailed Project Reports (DPR) are prepared for various options, including fi nancial analysis.

TestingWorking with high professionalism and using the latest diagno-stic tools and techniques, our Plant Services staff endeavor to provide total satisfaction of the diverse needs of power plants. For operators, investors and contractors, performance testing is a key step in showing that a plant operates in accordance with the theoretically expected fi gures. For a new, refurbished or upgra-ded power plant, performance testing provides evidence that the plant‘s capacity and or rate of conversion of fuel into electricity (heat rate) meet the contractually agreed fi gure.
