• Using the Connection Jig (#4095), mount two 5902 Mounting Blocks on each corner of the aluminum panel– The lip on the back of the jig will catch the aluminum panel edges and align the jig in

the corner– Fit the 5902 mounting block in the corner of the jig

• Most mounting blocks will fit in the corner of the jig*

Aluminum Panels - odd Mounting

• For the below sizes of aluminum panels, only one 5902 mounting block will be used and the mounting block will need to align with the appropriate block marks pre-printed on the jig.– Align the jig along the left corner of the panel (not the right

side)• 6x6*• 10x10• 11.75x11.75• 11x14 Vertical

• For the 6”x6” panel, it will only catch the top lip of the jig.

• On the left side, line up the inside edge of the jig with the outside edge of the aluminum panel

• After adding the mounting blocks to the aluminum panels, please provide the following to your customers– Graph Paper • 4101 pre-printed graph paper with grid lines that can be used for

almost all configurations

– Customer Coordinates*• One-page document for your customers with the coordinates for

their selected configuration • Graph paper includes coordinates and customer hanging

instructions

• Hanging Tools– Graph paper – Coordinates for your selected configuration – Pen (to mark your nail coordinates)– Tape Measure & level (to accurately hang the graph paper)

• Hanging Instructions– Using the coordinates from the Coordinates one-pager, mark the following on your graph

paper:• Coordinates for your nails• Middle of configuration line (use this to center the Connection)• If necessary, cut off the graph paper to the right of where the configuration ends (reference the

configuration end line above)– Using a tape measure, measure down from the ceiling and tape the graph paper to the wall so

it is level– Using the configuration coordinates, hammer in the nails at the connection points– Hammer in the nails at a slight downward angle and leave about ½” of the nail out from the

wall– Remove the graph paper from the wall– Hang the ChromaLuxe panels in their appropriate position
