The DIAJEKT is an ef� cient and elegant chimney fan

that meets the special requirements of the market. An

additional highlight is the fully automatic control we

have developed to allow you to easily regulate and

monitor your combustion plant.

For the � rst time it is possible to create steady

pressure conditions in the � ue gas system from the

outside and to this way increase the ef� ciency of the

� replace thanks to the draught regulator ZUK 130 DW.

The implosion damper IK 250 counteracts the

“Joukowsky surge” which ensures the functionality

and safety of the � ue gas system.

Safety for cascade appliances and multi-use systems:

More and more multi-use systems are operated with positive pres-

sure on the �ue gas side. Check valves (dampers) are necessary

in order to prevent �ue gas from �owing back through unused

appliances.

For this Kutzner + Weber offers a pressure-tight and

safe solution with the model series MUK 80/125 and

MUK 100/150 for air-exhaust-systems that are independent of

ambient air, tested according to DVGW Worksheet G 635.

For installation, the corresponding building regulations of the respective country/

state concerning the range of use of air dampers have to be followed! Please

contact the responsible board for more information. In many countries the

responsible chimney sweep can give further information about the effective laws

and regulations for combustion air supply/combustion air openings and

individual fireplaces.

Newly built houses are designed increasingly tight. This means that open �replaces and tiled stoves can no longer be supplied with air from the room

and instead require external combustion air from the “outdoors”.

In this situation it is helpful if the combustion air supply can be closed. This prevents the combustion air pipe and the stove from cooling while the

stove is not in use.

The draught regulatorsEnergy-saving and clean combustion

Adjustment weight made of brass, adjustable to desired

negative pressure.

Knife-edge bearings ensure a high regulation accuracy and are self-cleaning.

The seal allows the draught to be regulated quietly and tightly. It is temperature and condensation resistant. In pellet boilers they prevent the leaking of dust.

For installing the motor control

The latest generation of draught regulators

The draught regulator Z 150 S sets new standards.

A sprayed-on EPDM seal prevents the control wheel from

vibrating and �ue gas from leaking. The seal is temperature

and condensation resistant and the especially stabilized

control wheel rests on a knife-edge bearing which ensures

high regulation accuracy. During stand-by, a retro�table drive

control can keep the control wheel either closed (closable

according to EnEV) or open as required.

The dimensions of flue gas systems are based on the connected fireplaces. The output pressure (draught) required by the fireplace is

subject to natural fluctuations due to varying flue gas temperatures and changing influences from the weather and draughts in the building.

This can cause a considerably stronger draught in the flue gas system which has negative effects on the functionality of the fireplace.

In order to ensure a safe operation, flue gas systems are designed with an assumed outdoor temperature of 15°C (based on EN 13384).

When operating a fireplace, the influences mentioned above deteriorate the efficiency, optimum combustion and pollutant emission.

The efficiency decreases, the energy consumption increases. Draught regulators reduce the chimney draught to the value that is best

for the fireplace.

Control CFC 10Fully automatic control for highest comfort when operating chimney fans. Especially suitable for larger combustion plants. The CFC 10

regulates and monitors the set pressure in the � ue gas system and ensures a safe operation of the combustion plant. The control has

entry and exit points for two boiler plants. The request signal of the boiler plants is used as the start signal by default. Alternatively, the

temperature can also be set and used as the start signal. It is possible to operate chimney fans with a capacity of up to 0.60 kW (3A).

The automatic zero balance of the differential value sensor of the CFC 10 ensures the additional safety and precision of the control.

Air-exhaust-systems can occasionally cause sound pollution

due to unfavourable conditions on-site. It can be dif�cult to

�nd standardised, manufacturer-independent solutions to

solve this problem.

The AGP-K LAS is a powerful silencer that can quickly and

easily be integrated into an existing �ue gas pipe without

pressure loss.

Due to its overall length of only 500 mm it �ts almost every-

where. If it doesn’t, we offer you the AGM-M LAS - a visually

appealing solution that can be installed at the outlet.
