Comprehensive Advocacy, Inc. assists people with disabilities to protect, promote and advance their legal and human rights through quality legal, individual and system advocacy.

Eligibility Criteria

Must be a person with a disability

Must have an issue relating to that disability

Types of Cases Accepted

Must involve the denial of legal rights, service entitlements or human rights, directly related to the disability

Traumatic Brain Injury(TBI)

• is an insult to the brain, not of degenerative or congenital nature, caused by an external physical force that may produce a diminished or altered state of consciousness, which results in an impairment of cognitive abilities or physical functioning and/or a disturbance of behavioral or emotional functioning.


Acquired Brain Injury (ABI)

• is an injury to the brain which is not hereditary, congenital or degenerative and has occurred after birth.
