Sejak didirikan (2012) Semesta Research (SR) berkeinginan mewujudkan sebuah lembaga riset yang berwibawa dan mampu memberikan layanan paripurna dalam berbagai aktivitas yang berbasis teknologi

Lingkup PekerjaanKami dapat melakukan pekerjaan riset secara utuh (menyeluruh) maupun pekerjaan riset secara terpisah (parsial). Pekerjaan riset secara utuh

dilakukan mulai dari identifikasi masalah, penyusunan desain riset, pelaksanaan lapangan, pengendalian mutu, data processing & analisa data, hingga pelaporan & rekomendasi.

Sedangkan pekerjaan riset secara terpisah dilakukan hanya bagian tertentu saja, misalnya: Pekerjaan Lapangan (Fieldwork) Pengendalian mutu (Quality Control) Pengolahan data (Data processing) Analisis Data

Scope of Work

We can do research work in whole (overall) or separately (partially). Research work as a whole

(overall) performed starting from problem identification, preparation of research design, field implementation, quality control, the data processing and analysis, reporting and recommendations.

Sumber Daya Manusia SR memiliki total 12 staf full

time, dimana 3 diantaranya adalah staf peneliti inti. Disamping itu juga memiliki sekitar 300 tenaga lepas (free lance) baik untuk tenaga lapangan maupun di luar tenaga lapangan.

Tenaga profesional SR telah menja-lankan pekerjaan riset pemasaran di lebih dari 33 kota di Indonesia, termasuk 6 kota besar (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan dan Makassar).

Dalam pekerjaan lapangan, SR dapat melengkapi interviewer dengan GPS (Global Positioning System) sehingga dapat terdeteksi keberadaannya dari waktu ke waktu; dengan demikian tingkat akurasi data menjadi lebih baik.

Human Resources

SR has a total of 12 full-time staff, of which 3 of them are staff researchers. Besides, it also has about 300 freelancers for both interviewers and other admin staff.

Professionals SR has conducted market research in more than 30 cities in Indonesia, including 6 major cities (Jakarta, Bandung, Semarang, Surabaya, Medan and Makassar).

In field work, SR interviewer can be equipped with a GPS (Global Positioning System) so that they can be detected its presence from time to time and thus the accuracy of the data would be better.

Having experience in the business, developed the Information Technology ( IT ), Marketing Research, Surveying & Mapping, and the Natural Resources and Environment. Have an educational background as a master's degree in Management Studies Program-power Natural Resources and Environment, at the Institute of Agriculture (IPB ). His expertise in managing a company becomes a very strong capital in developing Universe Research.

Have research experience (in mar-keting) more than 10 years. Educational background as a master degree (S2) in the Department of Marketing Manage-ment Sciences, University of Indonesia. Highly experienced in conducting con-sumer research as well as Business to Business research. Expertise in process-ing the data using a variety of appli-cation programs and statistical mar-keting research tools, is helpful in ana-lyzing various types of data both simple and complex. He often times doing research using the Advance Analysis such as Structural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Ir. Ade Hamzah, MSi. – Managing Director

Memiliki pengalaman riset lebih dari 10 tahun, dengan latar belakang pendidikan S2 jurusan Ilmu Manajemen Pemasaran Universitas Indonesia. Sangat berpe-ngalaman dalam melaksanakan consu-mer research maupun Business to Business research. Keahliannya dalam pengolahan data dengan menggunakan berbagai program aplikasi riset pema-saran maupun statistic tools, sangat membantu dalam analisa data sederhana maupun kompleks sekalipun. Beberapa kali melakukan riset dengan menggu-nakan Advance Analysis seperti Struc-tural Equation Modeling (SEM).

Mengawali karir dalam dunia riset sebagai Field Supervisor pada tahun 1989 di salah satu perusahaan riset di Jakarta. Keuletan dan kegigihannya ber-karir di berbagai perusahaan riset telah mengantarkannya menjadi seorang Field Manager yang tangguh. Berbekal penga-laman 24 tahun menggeluti divisi lapangan menjadi modal yang sangat kuat untuk memimpin divisi lapangan SR sebagai suatu bagian riset yang sangat penting yang dapat diandalkan.

Persistence career in various research company is to become a formidable Field Manager. With the experience of 24 years in the field division, is a very strong capital to lead the field SR division as a very important research part, which can be relied upon.

Pengalaman riset lebih dari 15 tahun diberbagai perusahaan riset besar di Indonesia, baik lokal maupun multina-sional. Memiliki pengalaman survey mulai dari Interviewer, Team Leader, Field Supervisor hingga Field Manager. Pengalaman yang luas dalam mengelola tenaga lapangan sangat membantunya dalam menjalankan pekerjaannya saat ini sebagai peneliti (researcher). Saat ini Rieke ditugasi untuk mengembangkan Divisi Research SR sebagai Research Manager.

Having experience of more than 15 years of research in various research companies in Indonesia, both local and multinational. Have experience of running a survey ranging from Inter-viewer, Team Leader, Field Supervisor to Field Manager. Extensive experience is greatly helped in the work as a researcher. Rieke is currently tasked to develop the Research Division of the SR as a Research Manager.

Dengan latar belakang pendidikan S1 Teknik Kimia Universitas Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa dan pengalaman dibidang riset lebih dari 6 tahun diberbagai peru-sahaan riset besar di Indonesia. Sangat berpengalaman dalam mengerjakan Mystery Shopping (MS) dan Mystery Observation (MO). Pengalaman MS dan MO Bank yang luas seperti MO Bank Permata, Bank BTPN, Bank BRI, MS Bank BRI, Bank Muamalat, Bank BJB, Bank Ekonomi and MS Blitzmegaplex. Saat ini Bayu ditugasi untuk mengem-bangkan Divisi Research SR sebagai Research Manager.

Having experience of more than 6 years of research in various research companies in Indonesia. Have experience of running Mystery Shopping (MS) and Mystery Observation (MO). Experience MS and MO of banking such as MO Permata Bank, BTPN Bank, BRI, MS of Muamalat Bank, BJB, Ekonomi, and Cinema of Blitz-megaplex. Bayu is currently tasked to develop the Research Division of the SR as a Research Manager.

Lathif Gufron – QC Manager

Having experience more than 15 years of research in various research companies in Indonesia, such as Mark Plus, Synovate, and Kadence Indonesia. Professional experience in conducting field work for more than 11 years, making Lathif Gufron understand the many methods of the survey, both the easy and the difficult. With that expe-rience, Lathif Gufron will be able to lead the Quality Control division in the SR.

Pernah bekerja di salah satu perusahaan riset terkemuka di Indonesia (Synovate) selama lebih dari 10 tahun, mulai dari Interviewer, Quality Control, QC Supervisor hingga menduduki posisi Area Supervisor. Kuatnya pengalaman dalam mengelola riset pemasaran dan ditunjang dengan latar belang pendidikan di bidang ilmu sosial dan politik menjadikan Andri memiliki kemampuan yang handal dalam melakukan serangkaian kegiatan marketing di SR.

Andri M. Ismail – Associate Marketing Manager

Having experience more than 17 years of research. Ever worked in one of the leading research company in Indonesia (Synovate) for more than 10 years, ranging from the Interviewer, Quality Control, Quality Assurance Supervisor to the position of Area Supervisor. Strong experience in managing mar-keting research and education support-ed by the striped background in social science and politics make Andri has a powerful ability to perform a series of marketing activities in the SR.
