Preventive MaintenanceProcess✓ Preventive maintenance plan is based on –

▪ Running hours
✓ Online spare request to stores from work spot through mobile. No need of any paper work.
✓ Once maintenance is carried out, feedback (including spares consumed) is entered into system.
✓ System will automatically update condition monitoring schedule and running hours based schedule.
✓ System will automatically generate the list of spares to be ordered at a fixed frequency decided by user.
✓ Some Pending jobs may be left out due to shortage of time / non availability of spares / non-urgent. These are

Annual MaintenanceProcess
✓ Job List is prepared and entered by maintenance department with planned Dates, well in advance say 2 months. This
will be seen by production department at all times to allocate machines.
✓ Spares to be ordered will be listed out and entered for each job. Purchase department will see it and release the order.
✓ Stores department will enter date of receipt whenever received.
✓ Maintenance department will enter date of job start and completion once happened.
✓ Maintenance department makes online spares request to stores from work spot through mobile.
✓ Maintenance department enters feedback, spare consumed, pending job (if any) for each work order.
✓ Fully integrated with production, stores, purchase and maintenance departments for effective co-ordination.

Opportunity Maintenance
Process
✓ During feedback entry for any type of maintenance , if there are some more jobs to be done in the later stage, you can
enter them with approximate duration needed to do it.
✓ Whenever there is some downtime, production people will inform all maintenance departments and the plant /
section stoppage with expected duration.
✓ Maintenance departments open the opportunity maintenance screen and enter the duration and section of stoppage.
System will list out all those jobs in that section that can be completed within the time specified.
✓ Once completed, feedback to be given and software will automatically remove the removed from the list

Action Buttons
Add: you need to fill the fields in the editor
and press Add button to add data. Immediately data is
stored and displayed in the table.
Filter: Enter any filed you need to filter in the
editor and Press Filter button. Table will Displays data
as per the editor data
Edit: select any row in the table. Automatically
that row data will be moved to editor. Then you can
change any data. Then press Edit button to save the
edited data. The new data will appear In the table.
Delete: Select any row in the table. Now press
Delete button to delete the selected row.
Reset: It will erase all data in the editor.
