Standard Configuration.

– Network bandwidth upgrade 2 10 Mbps

– Plan to install Phedex client once we get the SAN+10Mbps(get help from T2).

– Higgs cluster from slc3 slc4

– UI Test: submitting CMSSW jobs to GRID from New Cluster
