Chris is a performance driven and insightful leader who, as President of Concentrix, brought the company into global prominence. In addition to his wide-ranging professional experience, Chris is dedicated to innovation, doing things differently and creating the best experiences for Concentrix clients— and their customers.

Chris joined SYNNEX when it purchased EMJ Data Systems where he was the Executive Vice President. He subsequently held a number of roles at SYNNEX including Vice President Financial Operations for Canada and Vice President of Corporate Development where he was responsible for handling all M and A activity and integration globally before becoming the Senior Vice President of Global Business Services. Commanding an unrivalled knowledge of diverse geographies, Chris led the SYNNEX acquisition of Concentrix and spearheaded company growth from a staff of about 25 to now more than 54,000 staff across the world.

Constantly traveling to all Concentrix locations and meeting clients and staff, Chris ensures his passion for the company permeates the organization by inspiring each person to strive to add value in every customer interaction. He believes in recognizing and rewarding staff for creativity and inspiration and boosting business throughout the organization.

Chris has been recognized by peers, clients, and industry having won multiple awards for innovation, entrepreneurship, and leadership; including The Young Entrepreneur Award from Business Development Bank of Canada at age 20 and the Top 40-under-40 CEOs for Canada. Jyllene leads Concentrix’s Global Client Engagement Strategy, Global Industry and Analyst Relationships, and Global Marketing. She is focused on deepening executive relationships within our client base, increasing client loyalty and retention, accelerating growth from client and industry relationships, driving brand awareness in the market place, and optimizing industry and analyst engagements. Her areas of responsibility include Executive Sponsorship Strategy, CSAT Strategy, Advisory Boards, Analyst Relations, Market and Industry Relationships, Client Events, and all Corporate Marketing functions.

Jyllene previously served as Vice President, Global Sales and Marketing for Concentrix. Prior to joining Concentrix, Jyllene had 15 years of experience in executive sales leadership, strategic sales engagements, business development and operational management in high growth technology and services businesses, spanning multiple industries and countries. Jyllene has managed inside sales organizations, outside sales groups, and customer care operations with responsibility for more than $2B in annual revenue.

Jyllene was the recipient of the Business Journal’s Phoenix 40-under-40 award, was a founding Board member of the American Association of Inside Sales Professionals (AAISP), is a member of the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals (IAOP), and serves on many other professional and community Boards. Jyllene graduated with honors and distinction from Connecticut College.

Guest Speaker: “Gain Insight Using Speech and Interaction Analytics” (Business session for all participants) Based in Scotland near the Concentrix Gourock Delivery centre Kester is currently an Asset/Product Manager specializing in Analytics and Social Media. His background includes 15 years in Application Development, Reporting Development, Business Intelligence and Data Warehousing Architecture, Project Management and Development and 2 years developing Products and Solutions for clients in Analytics including Prescriptive, Speech, Text and Interactive, as well as Real-time Analytics technologies.

He has worked with Concentrix since the acquisition from IBM in February 2014 where previously he had 15 years tenure at IBM which was chiefly spent in Development and Project Management for Application and Business Intelligence projects.

Kester is a CRM/BPO domain expert having spent 17 years in this space and having worked his way up from first joining IBM as a Customer Services Team Leader back in 1998.

As manager of Integrated Marketing Services, Dave oversees an operation that assists Concentrix clients to reach their respective consumers through various demand generation options. The Integrated Marketing Services operation is located in Rochester, NY and was recently aligned organizationally to the Concentrix insurance vertical business. The team in Rochester has seen a shift from purely print demand generation to utilizing many media distribution channels including email, web, and social while also targeting specific market segments. Dave has over 20 years of experience in fulfillment for demand generation campaigns

Dave lives in Rochester with his wife and two children. He is a graduate of the University of Rochester with a BS in Optics Engineering. He also spends many hours volunteering and sits on the Board of Directors of the area Little League.

As the Global Healthcare Industry Leader at Concentrix, Lisa is responsible for global Healthcare services operations and industry P and L. Lisa has led significant growth in Healthcare services business over the last two years, with a proven track record of successful transitions, delivery excellence, and client satisfaction. She leads experienced Healthcare operations teams across five countries and twelve centers. She has significant experience collaborating with clients to solve business challenges and provide client value.

Prior to Concentrix, Lisa was Global Healthcare BPO Delivery and Solutions executive at IBM, a start up organization five years ago. Lisa held global BPO leadership roles in IBM for ten years, including complex accounts across CRM, supply chain and finance, with client relationship, operations and P and L responsibilities. Previously, Lisa led cross-IBM client process transformation programs, supply chain operations, and engineering functions. She has experience in cross-enterprise, global leadership, operations, client value transformation, and business process optimization. While in IBM, Lisa received numerous IBM division and top contributor awards for excellence. She was a Franz Edelman Award Winner for operations excellence and innovation in operations management.

Steve serves as the chair of Polsinelli’s Insurance Business and Regulatory group and has represented insurers and third party administrators on various regulatory and compliance issues on a national basis for over twenty years.

As a former General Counsel at the Kansas Insurance Department and a former in-house counsel for a national insurance organization, Steve has extensive regulatory and compliance experience. Steve is a member of the Federation of Regulatory Counsel, Inc. and supports all members of the insurance industry at the state and national level.

Steve’s practice includes representing and assisting clients on multi-state and national licensing projects, research projects, enforcement actions, market conduct examinations, audits and compliance programs, and various other regulatory and compliance matters.

Rajat Kotra is the Global Analytics Offerings Assets Lead at Concentrix. Rajat holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and post graduate diplomas in business management for marketing and human resources. He is a certified senior Six Sigma Professional and Design For Six Sigma trainer, Certified Quality Auditor and Qualified MBTI practitioner with experience in both service and manufacturing companies such IBM and GE. He also set up a niche receivables management global BPO as a start-up. Don provides unique insight into the financial services industry and capital markets, with over 20 years of experience in investment banking, venture capital and entrepreneurial endeavors. Don was a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of Goldman Sachs and Co from 1985 to 1999. During his 15 year tenure at Goldman, Don helped build the firm’s Midwest Financial Institutions Investment Banking practice and founded its Financial Institutions Technology Group. Jennifer serves as the President of the Insurance Section of the Kansas Bar Association. She is well versed in state and federal laws and regulations affecting life and health insurance. Her practice focuses on helping clients remain compliant within the 50-state regulatory scheme.

Jennifer has significant experience with multi-state and national licensing projects; market conduct examinations and enforcement actions; audits; unfair trade practice laws; advertising and marketing requirements; claims payment, grievance procedure, and utilization review requirements; and privacy and data security requirements. She regularly assists clients with national research and compliance projects.

For over 20 years, Dawson has specialized in implementing and adapting technology solutions within the pre-need insurance industry. Working with Funeral Directors Life Insurance Company (FDLIC), Dawson and his IT team have created many innovations and framework additions to various Genelco products.

As a current GIAS user running on an IBM 1, Dawson has extensive knowledge of the journey to modernization from the older “green screen” products, along with first-hand experience of what it takes to convert to the GIAS system. Dawson has also been in the Early Adopter Advantage Program (EAAP) and has served on the User Advisory Committee for the GIAS product as it was being developed and implemented.

Since going live in 2012 with GIAS, Dawson has led his team in adapting and enhancing the product to fit his company’s needs and position the GIAS product as a central piece in FDLIC’s technological landscape. The result has been... greater efficiency, lower operating costs, and enhanced customer service.

Guest Speaker: “Leverage Concentrix Analytics to Maximize Profitability and Gain Competitive Advantage” (Business session for all participants)

Shankar Subramanian has 20+ years of experience in the BFSI domain with companies such as Cholamandalam DBS Finance, GE Money, Citifinancial, Standard Chartered, and Grindlays Bank. He’s currently heading the Global Analytics Delivery and Solutions within the Concentrix organization and holds the P and L accountability for global analytics revenue commitments.

Prior to Concentrix, Shankar managed the collections and recoveries strategy for Personal Loan Portfolio and chaired the Risk Management Committee for enterprise risk management at Cholamandalam DBS Finance. He has also served as in-charge of overall portfolio quality and underwriting standards at GE Money and All India Credit and Risk Head for mortgage lending at Citifinancial India.

Shankar has rich experience in developing risk management strategies, improving collections efficiency and improving the overall quality of loan portfolios in retail and wholesale businesses.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce from Loyola College, Chennai, India and a Masters in Economics from RKM Vivekananda College, Chennai.
