BRANCHES_CONNECTORS OF SPACE AND PEOPLE THE IDEA IS TO ARRANGE THE LANDSCAPE WITH BUILT FORMS AND CREATE INTERACTIVE SPACES. THE SPACES WILL BE CONNECTED BY THE PATHWAYS WHICH ARE DERIVED FROM BRANCH SHAPES. THE WHOLE COMMUNITY IS VISUALIZED AS A TREE WHICH BRANCHES ARE THE CONNECTORS OF PEOPLE AND SPACES THE PATHWAYS CAN BE DEFINED BY BUILT FORMS, COMMUNITY SPACES OR JUST TREES.

Dhanmondi Gov. Boys School) and west (like Rapa Plaza, Aarong) are source for traffic jam on the road for site entrance.

Opportunity Good scope for housing for Upper class and upper-middle class people since the available facilities are applied to them only. The open spaces of the site can be made interactive through creating courtyards, courts or play spaces. High scope for cultivating vegetation, making home gardens.

Threat There is a trend of mixed-use building on the roadside but that would indulge the privacy and security of the housing buildings

The area is extremely traffic congested in school hours, that would be a problem for all the residents.
