CONCIERGE CATERING is the perfect solution for your organization. The system makes it easy to book additional services for meetings through the Microsoft Outlook calendar, and the service units will get a complete overview of deliveries and orders.

All service and catering bookings for meetings are easily done from the meeting request in Microsoft Outlook, where the meeting planner also can point out the meeting responsible, cost center and state if it is an internal or external meeting.

Changes to the original appointment e.g. date, room or service booking are done directly from the original appointment in Microsoft Outlook and the service units will automatically get notified with the update.

The service units receive all orders in their Microsoft Outlook inbox where they can accept or decline the orders and write messages back to the meeting planner. Reports on for instance ordered items in a given period, today’s deliveries and invoicing lists provide the service unit with a complete overview.

CONCIERGE CATERING is a module to the room and resource booking software CONCIERGE SERVICES. CONCIERGE CATERING does not require any other CONCIERGE SERVICES modules and can therefore be used as a standalone product.

CONCIERGE SERVICES is a complete meeting space and resource booking software for Microsoft Outlook. The software suite makes it easy to book meeting rooms, resources and services for meetings. Visitor management, central meeting administration and integration to an ERP-application are also possible.

It is a big advantage that we now own data and we can make it

identical in the four canteens. It is very simple for the users to book and

especially update the exisisting meetings.. The main message is that

we have gone from 5 stages to 3 stages and the internal costs have

decreased from 200 DKK per requisition to approximately 10 DKK per

PRICESThe price on CONCIERGE CATERING is determined by the number of meeting rooms and service units. We will be happy to send a price list or prepare an offer for the individual customer.
