Brazil won the !Confederations Cup

What is Confederations Cup?

Confederations Cup is an international associated football tournament in between the national teams before the real World Cup–like a mini World Cup–. It’s currently held every four years by FIFA (Fédération Internationale de Football Association). Brazil was the host country of the 2013 Confederations Cup.Brazil won the final game of the Confederations Cup! June 30th, 2013, the grand final game of the Confederations Cup. The final game sparkled as Brazil and Spain played against each other. Football people say that Brazil was playing as a predator and Spain was it’s prey. Chaves Fred(29), a football player from Brazil, scored once during the first half game even though he fell down on the ground for two minutes.

After the leading goal, Brazil took the leadership of the game. Neymar (21), a player from Brazil as well, scored a second goal on 47 minutes, first half. Brazilians were in a festive mood already, followed by the second goal.

However, the players couldn’t satisfy with only two goals. After two minutes since the start of the second half, Fred shook the Spain’s net again. Players from Spain were frustrated. Second half game, in about 9 minutes, Spain got a chance to payback the two goals by getting a penalty kick. Sergio Ramos(27), was chosen as a kicker, but the ball missed the goal post, making Gerard Pique(26), to get a red card and to get kicked out of the ground. The game ended, giving joy to Brazilians and citizens of Spain were absolutely dejected by crushing despair.

North Korea got hacked by ‘Anonymous’

“The enemy of our people! Let’s knock down and kill Pig Jong Un!

“So, we will show our power against you on June 25th as a commemoration of Korean War”

“Hail to the unification–president Kim Jong Un general!”

On June 25th, the date that Korean war occurred, South Korean hacking group ‘Anonymous’, hacked North Korean website ‘(Ue Lee Min Jok Ki Ri)’.

Before The Anonymous actually attacked , they declared a cyber attack towards North Korea as a commemoration of Korean War. Just as what they said, nine North Korean websites were hacked and papered with insults to Kim Jung Eun on June 25th.

North Korea stood against Anonymous, too; they attacked South Korean governmental website, Chung Wa Dae – blue house – (Korean White House), saying that Anonymous is the one who hacked in to Chung Wa Dae. However, Anonymous Group denied that it was them who attacked Chung Wa Dae.

A Werewolf Boy is an excellent Korean fantasy

movie that talks about love that cannot be

together. Chul-Soo, a werewolf boy who

happened to live in Suni’s house, fell in love

with Suni after she trained him like a dog. He

felt something special in between them;

something that he never felt for other people. It

cannot be exactly called as love, but it cannot be

called as a owner and a pet-feeling. Each and

every scene of Suni training Chul-Soo are

beautifully drawn on the screen, it’s so sweet

and cute how Suni and Chul-Soo gets to know

and understand each other better each day.

While the first half part of the movie makes viewers

to smile, the other half of the movie just makes us

to shed tears. It is so sad, yet terribly beautiful, how

Suni and Chul-Soo cannot be together just because

of Ji Tae’s ongoing horrible attitude. Ji Tae dies,

though everyone would be happy that he finally

disappeared, while he assaults Suni just because she

doesn’t love him back. Like any pet would do, Chul-

Soo attacks Ji Tae to protect his owner. The

difference between a pet and him is that Chul-Soo

was too strong and dangerous to be lightly

mattered.

Some people may call this movie a ‘goofy fantasy

movie that makes girls cry’, but I call A Werewolf

Boy a great example of the injustice that’s caused by

disabled society.

Concordia may be the newest international school to Hanoi, but we bring over 150 years of educational experience to Hanoi. Concordia is part of the Lutheran Church- Missouri Synod (LCMS) in the United States. The LCMS has been actively developing schools in the United States since the 1860’s and throughout Asia for the past 40 years. Concordia Hanoi is modeled after our two sister schools: Hong Kong International School, and Concordia International School - Shanghai, China.

The Hanoi school concept developed out of a number of different invitations and possibilities throughout Asia. Vietnam was selected as the primary site for the next LCMS international school since the LCMS NGO, headed by Ted Engelbrecht and his staff, have been successfully working in Vietnam for the past 13 years. There is also a great need for education generally and for international education specifically in the city of Hanoi. In addition, the people within the U.S. Embassy and the business community expressed a desire for a school like HKIS and CISS to come to Hanoi: a high-quality, values-based school that could serve the foreign and American populations as well as local students.
