At Kline Construction we have taken every ef-

fort to ensure that we install doors and windows

to the highest level of accuracy and water tight-

ness. We have worked with the highest standards

of water intrusion testing and have what it takes

to make sure that the windows we install will not

leak.

Just as in concrete, the structural engineering of

framed buildings has reached a level of intensity

that requires knowledgeable and skilled people.

Whether it be a garage slab, structural slab for com-

mercial forklift traffic, or architectural concrete such

as driveways, patios, porches

experience and know how to

produce a lasting product.

We work with owners or landscape designers, struc-

tural and soil engineers to design concrete mixes, col-

ors, and finishes to produce a slab that is pleasing and

built to last. Cracking which is inevitable, is controlled

by low water to cement ratios, proper reinforcing, base

preparation, and well thought out joint patterns.

Understanding soil conditions and types as well as

insisting on proper sub grade preparation is essential

to producing good results.

We also have a framing division which helps to make

the transition from foundation to framing go

smoothly
