CONCRETE BATCHING PLANT

FASTMIX 500

In line with last generation Frumecar batching plants, FastMix 500, based on the concepts of the highest mobility and

the lowest logistic and installation costs, offers to the customer an integral solution with all the advantages of the highline batching plants in a reduced space and with an optimized Price.

The main characteristics of FastMix 500 concrete batching plant are: ‐ Basic unit supplied with 2‐4 aggregates hoppers, 500 liters pan mixer equipped with load cells for aggregates

and cement weighing and 1 ½” water meter. ‐ Water supply by a 500 litres water tank and 1.1 Kw water pump. Compressed air installation with 2.2 Kw

compressor. ‐ Completely pre‐assembled at factory. ‐ No special foundation is required for the main block ‐just a continuous concrete slab. ‐ The highest technology in the smallest space. ‐ Transport of the whole plant with only one 40’ high cube container.



MAIN CHARACTERISTICS

• Wet way concrete batching plant. • 0.5 m3 per batch. • Pan mixer FTR 750/500. Equipped with load cells for aggregates and cement weighing. • Modular design for transport with only one 40’ high cube container. • Equipped with 2‐4 aggregates hoppers with a total capacity of de 7‐14 m3. • Aggregates belts B400. • 1 ½” water meter. • Water feeding system by 1.1 kw electric pump + pressure control device. • 500 litres water tank. • Pneumatic installation equipped with 2.2 kw air compressor. • Power and control panel included. • Required area for the batching plant installation 160 m2.



AGGREGATES STORAGE AND DOSING

‐ Two hoppers for aggregates 7 m³ total capacity‐ up to four hoppers with total capacity 14 m3.

‐ Made of 4 mm steel plate. ‐ Total dimensions of each group 3,300 x 2,100 mm. ‐ Support structure made of steel plate and structural profiles. ‐ Ribbed extractor belt for aggregates 400 mm. ‐ Belt structure made of 6 mm folded steel plate. ‐ SIEMENS Simogear 4 kw geared motors. ‐ Set equipped with electric vibrators. ‐ Ready for the installation of moisture sensors..

MIXER

‐ Pan mixer FTR 750/500. ‐ Net vibrated concrete capacity 500 litres per batch. ‐ Tank made of steel with 8 mm thickness HB 400 wear‐proof steel sleeves. ‐ Mixing rotor equipped with five mixing arms with spring shock‐absorbing and two scrapers. ‐ Hydraulic discharging gate. ‐ Maintenance gate with electrical safety limit switch. ‐ Inspection hatch. ‐ 22 kw SIEMENS electric motor. ‐ Weighing system by 3 2,000 kg load cells.

WATER DOSING

‐ Water dosing system consisting of 1½” water meter with programmable operation.

‐ Pneumatic‐valve opening and closing. ‐ Water feeding with 1.1 Kw water pump + pressure control

system. ‐ Connection with miser trough 1½” galvanized pipes. ‐ 500 litres water tank.

‐ Compact set for transport. ‐ Made of folded steel plate and steel structural profiles.

COMPRESSED AIR INSTALLATION
