The Mortarman 120 is perfect for the 2-3 person construction crew. Why go through all the hassles of towing a mixer to the jobsite, when the Mortarman 120 can make a wheelbarrow of mortar, stucco, grout or dry pack mortar every 3 minutes!

IMER Mortarman 360/750 vertical Shaft Mixers

Output has been increased to 9-18 cu. ft. of mud every three to four minutes - perfect partners for busy precast mixing operations system. The discharge systems is now easier to open and close and better protected from being hit by the mud bucket or forklift. The safety grate has been improved, it is now hinged. Access for clean-up is immediate and complete. Mini Batch Plant production for the cost of a mortar mixer.

Set Up: The stability legs slide outward to accommodate a wide variety of mud pans. They can also be adjusted up or down depending upon the desired discharge height. These extra wide stability legs are standard on the Mortarman 750 MBP and are available as an accessory kit for the Mortarman 360 MBP.

The Ager Tiger is suitable to darken up the color of exotic resined granite. Sometimes these granites are darker then normal due to the kind of epoxy resin used in the manufacturing process. Ager Tiger will match the color of the lighter edge with the surface in just one or two applications.

Tenax Ager is generally applied to sanded or smooth surfaces to give the stone a wet look. It can also be applied to polished surfaces to enhance color. Suitable for indoor or outdoor use on stones of all types including marble and granite.

This high-strength 2-part adhesive is designed for bonding intricate assemblies of cut stone, inlays, and stone-on-metal projects. Waterjet epoxy forms a thin, tight bond for seamless joints involving variations in granite, marble, and tile. Available in quarts. The mix ratio is 2:1 by volume. 2 hour set time at 70°F

This epoxy is handy for joining countertops or laminating edges. The consistency of this knife-grade epoxy allows you to squeeze out thin bond lines, so that clamping doesn’t produce a mess of displaced adhesive. Easily tinted for true colors Clear Gel delivers high bond strength, is polishable, and sets up fast. Applying heat shortens set time. Touchstone Clear Gel Epoxy is a versatile product, it works great as a patching compound too.

Touchstone™ Express Flowing Epoxy is a two-part transparent epoxy that sets up in 45 to 60 minutes at 65°F and will enable the fabricator to work on the edge in half the time it takes for most epoxies.

Touchstone™ Penetrating, a low viscosity penetrating epoxy along with our mesh backing, will create effective reinforcement of your slab or countertop. This product penetrates the structural fissures of granite and marble and will adhere the mesh to the stone for added strength and integrity.

Dries completely clear and delivers high bonding strength is polishable and sets up fast. Knife-grade consistency. Accepts Touchstone colorants. For interior and exterior applications on: granite, marble, natural, and engineered stone. This smooth, Vaseline-like epoxy is ideal for joining countertops, laminating edges, repairing monuments, stone tiles, etc. Set time 2 hours at 75 degrees. Cure time 24 hours.

For consideration of the extension of credit to the firm named, herein, I/we promise to pay to the order of Granite City Tool Company Inc, 247 28th Avenue South, Waite Park, Minnesota all charges to the account of the firm shown herein with in 30 days of invoice date. A finance charge of 1-1/2% per month, which is an annual percentage rate of 18% will be due on all accounts more that 30 days old. There is a $30.00 service charge on all returned checks.

I/we further agree that if payment of said account is not made on or before the due date(s) and the account is placed in the hands of an attorney for collection or suit is brought on the same, or same is collected through probate or bankruptcy proceedings, an additional 40% of the outstanding debt shall be added to the balance as collection costs.
