Campground Guidelines
Area Attractions
• Rule number 1: Have Fun!• Speed Limit: 5MPH/8KPH
throughout the campground.• Park in designated spots only.• Quiet Hours: 11:00pm – 8:00am.• Children under 12 should be supervised by an adult at all
times.• Children under 12 must be accompanied by an adult
when in the pool area. Children 17 and under are not allowed in spa, as per Skagit County health code.
• No lifeguard on duty: swimming is at your own risk.
• Please place trash in proper containers.• Campfires are allowed in approved fire pits only,
briquettes only in barbecues.• Please respect others by not crossing over their sites.• Charges apply to Jumping Pillow and Mini Golf.
• Motor vehicles are for transportation from the gate to your site. No Joyriding.
• No vehicle washing.• All pets must be on a 6ft (or shorter) leash when not in your
vehicle or in Kamp K9.• No vicious pets are allowed in the Campground. Pets are not
allowed in buildings, swimming pool area, barbecue areas, or event area. Mutt-mitts are provided; please clean up after your pet. Please do not leave your pet unattended. If your pet disturbs other Campers you will be asked to remove the pet from the Campground.
• No Smoking: in buildings, pool area, rental cabins, at the Kamp K9, or at any functions.
• Alcoholic Beverages: must be kept at your site.• Please follow all Campground rules as provided; written or
oral.Guests understand that use of our resort involves a certain degree of risk, loss, injury or damage to person or property. All campers and guests assume all risk, loss, injury or damage to any person or property of our campers or their guests resulting in use of our Facilities and Resort.
Enjoy The Upper Skagit Valley At Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA Located in a beautiful, natural setting at the base of Mt Baker, Concrete/Grandy Creek KOA is a wonderful place for you and your family to stay as you discover the wonders of Washington. Spend your days enjoying the great outdoors and your nights at your newly redesigned campground.
North Cascades National Park – Get away from it all in the largest and most rugged alpine wilderness in the lower 48! Visit Mount Fury, Desolation Peak and Mount Terror. See glaciers, red cedar forests, rivers, and lakes. Enjoy hiking, picnicking, fishing, rafting, and climbing. The park is always open, but access is limited in the winter by snow. No entrance fee. Located off SR 20. Ross Lake National Recreation Area – This 118,000 acre recreation area includes three reservoir lakes created by damming the Skagit River. Ross Lake is by far the largest at 25 miles long; the others are Diablo Lake and George Lake. Enjoy fishing, boating, hiking, and rock climbing. The main season is May through September. No entrance fee. Located off SR 20. Rockport State Park – Return to the wild at this 670 acre park in an ancient forest that has never been logged! It lies at the foot of Sauk Mountain which has an elevation of 5,400 feet and a steep climbable trail to the top. Enjoy fishing, kayaking, and hiking. Open 6:30am – dusk from March 30 – October 30. There is an entrance fee. Located 8 miles east of Concrete. Cascade Loop – Passing right by Concrete is Washington’s scenic loop highway. It is a 400-mile self-guided driving tour through the heart of the Evergreen State. Enjoy beautiful scenery, stop for a picnic at Ross Lake and drive through charming small towns. Skagit Wild & Scenic River System – Experience one of Washington’s most beautiful river systems, comprised of the Skagit, Sauk, Suiattle, and Cascade Rivers. They flow throw wilderness, forestlands, and towns! Enjoy rafting, hiking, fishing, and the spectacular scenery. You might even see deer, eagles, bear, and beaver! Sockeye Express History Tours – Take a ride on the trolley and see the sights as you learn about the history of the area. The trip includes a stop at the Concrete Heritage Museum! Tours run from 12:00pm – 4:00pm on Saturdays during the summer. Admission is charged. Located in Concrete at the Senior Center.
