Repair Products....Pavemend 5.0TM is a cementitious, very rapid setting, self-leveling structural repair mortar. It is a single component powder that is water activated. Pavemend 5.0TM has 2 to 3 minutes of working time and will reach compressive strengths of more than 3,000 psi within 60 minutes of final set; making it the perfect choice for urgent infrastructure repair scenarios where a one hour return to service is of paramount importance. Designed for use in horizontal applications, Pavemend 5.0TM is an ideal repair material for roads and bridges, airport runways, warehouse or manufacturing facility floors, post-tension cable repairs and form and pour projects. Pavemend 5.0TM can be applied in ambient temperature ranges from zero to 90 degrees Fahrenheit.
Pavemend SLQTM is a cementitious, very rapid setting, semi-leveling structural repair mortar with a gel state consistency sufficient for troweling up minor sloped grades and for aggregate extension. It is a single component powder that is water activated. Pavemend EXTM is a cementitious, rapid setting structural concrete. It is a single component powder that is water activated. Pavemend EXTM has been formulated for temperatures from 30 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit.Pavemend EXTM has been optimized for aggregate extension with 1/2 inch to 1 inch crushed stone. Working times vary between 20 and 45 minutes with associated compressive strengths greater than 2,500 psi in 4 hours and 8,000 psi in 28 days from addition of water.
Pavemend VRTM is a cementitious, rapid setting, one step verti-cal and overhead structural repair mortar with parging mortar like consistency. It is a single component powder that is water activated. Pavemend VRTM has 25 to 30 minutes of working time plus an additional 10 to 15 minutes to shape and shave the repair to match the existing contours of the host concrete. Pavemend VRTM will reach 4,200 psi in 3 hours from final set and 6,500 psi at 28 days. Pavemend VRTM has been designed specifically for use in vertical and overhead applications such as spall repair and impact damage on beams, columns, pile and pile caps, tendon grouting, pressure bearing pre-cast pipe and other pre-cast product repair applications. Pavemend VRTM can be applied in a single lift from 1/16” to over 6 inches without bonding agents or special application techniques. RediMaxTM is a versatile, high performance structural concrete. RediMaxTM can be effectively placed in ambient temperatures ranging from 30 to 120 degrees Fahrenheit
without the need to follow traditional post hydration curing practices. RediMaxTM is mixed and placed like traditional Portland concrete, has 90 to 120 minutes of working time,
depending on ambient temperatures, and can be finished via standard concrete finishing practices. Additionally, RediMaxTM will achieve compressive strengths of more than 2000 psi within four hours following the addition of water.
RECOMMENDED USES: RediMaxTM is a structural concrete for roads and bridges, aviation runways, industrial infrastructure, boat ramps, building foundations and any other new construction application where rapid early strength gains are required.
RediMax-CTM is a cementitious, high performance, cold weather structural concrete. It
is a single component powder that is water activated. RediMax-CTM can be effectively placed in ambient temperature ranges from 0 to 40 degrees Fahrenheit. At
ambient temperatures below 32 degrees Fahrenheit, RediMax-CTM will achieve compressive strengths in excess of 3,000 PSI in 24 hours without curing blankets, anti-freeze chemical additives or other post placement protective measures, thus significantly compressing traditional cold weather construction timetables. RediMax-CTM is mixed and placed like traditional Portland concrete, has 60 to 90 minutes of working time, is self-consolidating and can be finished via standard concrete finishing practices.
RECOMMENDED USES: RediMax-CTM is a structural concrete for roads and bridges, aviation runways, industrial infrastructure, building foundations and any
other new construction application where cold weather conditions would impede or prohibit the use of
traditional Portland concrete.

FireRokTM is a cementitious, high-early strength concrete that can be used either as a repair product or as a structural concrete. Within 24 hours of placement, FireRokTM can be exposed to sustained temperatures up to 1500˚F. It can be mixed in a conventional portable
drum mixer for small area repair applications or in a transit or volumetric truck for larger applications.
Recommended uses: FireRokTM has been designed for areas which are exposed to high temperatures either from an intermittent or a
continuous heat source. This would include runway areas exposed to jet blast, HPUs, oven, and metal casting areas.
