1. Introduce yourself and present letter.2. Ask permission to assess the property and

invite homeowner to join you.3. Fill out form.4. Leave form and literature bag.

If The Homeowner Says No or Is Not Home

1. If the homeowner says no, thank them and leave politely.

If the homeowner is not home, leave the Homeowner Evaluation form, literature bag and special note that states a Level 2 can be requested, on the mail box or most visible door.

If the factor is present, circle the score.#s 1 and 5 will be the same for all homes in a development.
