Russia, St. Petersburg, May 14 – 18, 2017 We continue our meetings with interesting people at the annual international scientific and practical conference dedicated to the GDV method. The conference’s aim is to get together all the people who are interested in GDV method. Scientists from different countries are going to represent their reports regarding usage and development of GDV method. However for the first time during the lifetime of existence of GDV method, the conference will be hold on board of the comfortable cruise ship ST Peter Line “Princess Anastasia”. We will travel through the Baltic countries: Russia (St. Petersburg) – Finland (Helsinki) – Estonia (Tallinn) – Sweden (Stockholm) – Russia (St. Petersburg). Apart from participation in the informative and filled with scientific discoveries event you will be able to visit the capitals of the three Baltic countries, to visit exciting tours, gain new experiences for the next year and, of course, to visit beautiful St. Petersburg. During the conference you will be able to take part in the round-table activities, scientific and practical seminars. Main topics of the conference: ü GDV in Sport ü GDV in Medicine ü GDV in Psychology ü GDV in Alternative Medicine ü GDV in the environmental studies ü New GDV methodologies, software programs and devices. Languages of the conference: English, Russian The proceedings of the Conference (book) and CD with articles will be published before the beginning of the Congress. The proceedings are accepted in the volume of 1 page, volume of articles requires not more than 10 pages.

The cost of participation in the conference starts from 470 Euro for the participants of the Conference and from 370 Euro for the participant’s attendant.

Information about the trip on the cruise ship “Princess Anastasia” May, 14-18, 2017

Comfortable cruise ship St Peter Line "Princess Anastasia" – is a present-day passenger ferry, with a capacity of 380000 registered tones and 2353 passenger capacity. This liner meets all the requirements of comfort and security due to international conventions.

Rules and possibilities of travelling on a cruise ship "Princess Anastasia" for citizens of Russian Federation and citizens of those countries which do not need visa for travelling to Russian Federation.

For the travel on a cruise ship citizens of the mentioned above countries should have a foreign passport. Please note that your passport should be valid until May, 21, 2017

If you plan to visit excursions or take off in other countries, then you need to have Schengen visa, valid for the whole trip. If you do not have Schengen visa you will not be able to leave the ferry until you are back to Russian Federation.

Rules and possibilities of travelling on a cruise ship "Princess Anastasia" for citizens of countries that have visa regime with Russia.

You can choose one of the following variants of taking part in the Conference:

1. You can get visa of Russian Federation, come to Russia, St.Petersburg and catch a cruise ship on May, 14, from 14-00 to 17-00. The address of the port is 1 Morskoy Slavy prospect. Custom’s and passport control before embarkation. The cruise ship comes back to St.Petersburg on May, 18, 2017 at 9:30.

2. If you do not get visa of Russian Federation and take part in the Conference:

You need to have a Schengen visa (according to the rules of your country).

You can catch the liner on May, 15, 2017, from 7 till 8:30 a.m.in Finland, Helsinki and join the Conference, which starts on May, 15 at 9:30.

You will be able to leave the boat in Finland, Helsinki, on May, 17, 2017, from 2 till 7 p.m. 19-00 after the conference.

Therefore you do not need Russian visa, as you do not cross the border of Russia, and have possibility to visit the Conference.

3. In case you do not want to or cannot get Russian visa, want to take part in Conference and visit beautiful St. Petersburg:

We have good news for you! According to Russian Federation laws, the tourist who comes (and leaves) to St. Petersburg on a boat, has the right to stay on the territory of St.Petersburg without visa for 72 hours!

Thus you can catch the liner on May, 15, 2017, from 7 till 8:30 a.m. in Finland, Helsinki, take part in the Conference (starts on starts on May, 15 at 9:30). On May, 18, 2017 at 9.30a.m. the liner comes back to St. Petersburg you get a minimum-package tour ПОКА НЕ ЗНАЮ ТОЧНО СКОЛЬКО примерно 27-30 евро.

You can stay for the night on the ship or in the hotel of St.Petersburg (in this case you will need to give information, voucher, of the booking. The touristic company which will serve the conference during the whole trip is ready to help you with hotel reservation and touristic program round St.Petersburg. On May, 20, 2017 you leave St.Petersburg on the same boat “Princess Anastasia” On May, 21, 2017 you come to Finland, Helsinki. Thus you can take part in the conference and visit beautiful St.Petersburg without Russian visa.

The price includes breakfast in the restaurant a’la carte and morning visit of the sauna (before 12:00a.m.). Flowers and champagne for each guest. In the living room: comfortable sofas, armchairs, a wide table for negotiations, coffee-maker Nespresso, flat screen TV, mini-bar, bathroom. Bedroom is located separately. The cabin is decorated with works of painters, and the windows command a lovely and unforgettable view of the Baltic Sea. CLASS «А» CABIN (WITH A WINDOW)

Are located on the 4, 5, 6 decks. For 4 people maximum. One room cabin, 8,5 m2., with a sea view. In

the cabin: 2-4 separated beds, conditioner, flat screen TV, separate bathroom, suitable wardrobe for clothes storage.

CLASS «B» CABIN (WITHOUT WINDOW)
