◦ Printing of promotional information including manufacturer details (mandatory)

How can they work freely in designing a package which is very important in protecting

Substitute Packaging (Because Polymer Packaging Banned)

This trade deals with 10,000 crores of money from parallel economy providing livelihood for many in the trade at the cost of making people addicts. Also leads to memory loss, cancer,

d i iunproductivity etc.A point to carry here is banning packaging is only an excuse, whereas government will look to eradicate this product itselfP l k i ti i hi h M ti di d Polymer packaging consumption is very high. Many tiny, medium and large scale sectors were depending on this market for long.Same people in this chain can work for products like juices, healthy drinks in pouch packaging (upcoming market)drinks in pouch packaging (upcoming market).

The micron size of carry bags and general polymer packaged goods to confirm minimum The micron size of carry bags and general polymer packaged goods to confirm minimum thickness and shelf life of packaged goods.

High energy cost involved in waste reprocessing, not in line with our energy policy and energy constraint.

Di l f k i t A i f C ti d E i t Disposal of packaging waste – A serious concern for Corporations and Environment Departments. It costs enormous efforts, committed people and money to maintain the city clean.

India being a true democracy by virtue of experiences in the past and hence strict laws do not get passed by the people Habits of people for proper segregation of waste and disposal of get passed by the people. Habits of people for proper segregation of waste and disposal of house waste is still a concern and education is a problem with a democracy. States like Singapore, US, Europe literally enforce city clean policies by charging huge fines on people to make them understand what cleanliness means. It is difficult to pursue such strict polices with the democracy and political systems that exists in India. Hence people should come forward to

f change themselves for better surrounding and environment.

Currently 40 micron size is the lowest thickness to be used as per current laws. Government is not keen to change this. However, selective representation in multilayer packaging for protection and preservation have to be studied in detail by the panel of experts for healthy laws relating to packaging Government has already formed a committee of experts for compostable relating to packaging. Government has already formed a committee of experts for compostable plastic and bio polymers.
